They have been very helpful and sorted out the situation quickly, I have loved using my 1st years for lots of new personalised baby gifts/babyshower gifts. Brought a lovely personalised toy box for my son’s birthday and a cute backpack. Such a great company. Highly recommend.

Mar 11,2024Ordered a personalised bunny comforter for my son who is due to born May 2024. I ordered the item and unfortunately evri lost my parcel. I contacted customer service and I cannot recommend the service I received enough. Aleksandra couldn’t have been any more helpful if she tried. Aleksandra’s response was very professional, polite and resolved the issue by arranging another delivery for me promptly. I received my order on Saturday and I’m very impressed with it. It’s gorgeous and I cannot wait to see my son with it. Thank you Aleksandra and My First Years!

Mar 06,2024Brought a personalised toy basket for my friends little girl when it arrived the last letter had not been finished properly I contacted costumer service and Lawrence was amazingly helpful from start to finish very swift in getting it returned and sending out a new one. Beautiful product and great costumer service.

I contacted Lawrence at my 1st years and within a few hours Lawrence had identity the issue and offered to replace the item with fast delivery so that it arrives in time for Mother’s Day. I was very impressed with the level of service Lawrence provided me with.

Mar 05,2024Bought a beautiful dolls pram for my granddaughter. Very fast delivery. Sturdy well made product. Unfortunately there was a screw missing when I came to assemble it. I contacted My 1st Years and they responded very promptly. The missing item was sent out immediately and correspondence was amazing. Would certainly recommend these toys and feel very confident that if there was a problem it would definitely be sorted without any problem.

I have purchased many products before and never had any complaints the quality and the products are great and makes a smile on the person receiving it. Thank you to Dorota for all the assistance 😊

I recently wanted to swap an item I had bought for another item and the customer service I received was excellent. Will definitely be buying from them again. We recently received a gorgeous gift from a friend for my baby boys arrival- the product was lovely quality however the keepsake box that arrived was damaged. I contacted the customer services team to ask for a replacement and Dorota quickly sorted the issue and sent out a new one with no challenge. Really great customer service. Thank you!

Mar 01,2024A big thank you to Lawrence for swiftly rectifying my order issue. I accidentally chose the wrong size for an item in a gift set & noticed this after the order had been confirmed. I wrote to the company & Lawrence was able to change this for me with such notice. Great to feel heard!

Mar 11,2024After purchasing a personalised backpack for my son, I was dismayed by the poor quality of the personalised lettering upon its arrival. Despite reaching out to customer services and providing photos as evidence, they declined to acknowledge the issue. The bag is a completely different colour to the picture and when I contacted them they pointed me to the T&Cs and said the colour may not match the colour thats displayed but if the colour is important to me, the order is placed at my own risk. Which to me shows they know they’re selling items incorrectly. Very disappointed and won't be ordering again. Poor quality for the price paid and awful customer service.
