Extremely disappointed. Bought a personalised mini backpack for my nieces 1st birthday. It arrived today and I was really disappointed, the embroidery font was awful it doesn’t even look like her name for a start and the bag looks so cheaply made. I contacted customer services for them to tell me the product is up to their standard, they hadn’t even offered to rectify it and after me complaining numerous times they finally offered me £5 credit on my account for my next order. I don’t want credit I won’t ever order from there again after that experience. What a waste of money and I can’t gift that for my nieces 1st birthday present. What a shame as we have bought and received some lovely gifts from here but that has completely put me off.
I received excellent customer service from Lawrence during my recent purchases. My gifts arrived promptly but I had made an error and Lawrence resolved my issues with 30 minutes.
I asked for assistance regarding a mix-up in the orders, and they were really helpful and quick.
A beautiful backpack that unfortunately was faulty. After having the bag for 2 months I emailed them with not much hope. However, Aleksandra provided me with amazing customer service and offered a replacement with express delivery for free. Amazing company! Will definitely use again in future

Amazing personalised gifts, very lovely selection of gifts for children and love the personalisation. I have bought gifts on many occasions delivery has always been on time. I recently purchased something and had a problem with the gift box, emailed customer service and recieved a response straightaway and the box was replaced. Dorota was amazing and so helpful. My daughter had been bought a rucksack for Christmas and unfortunately one of the side pockets had ripped, after contacting customer services yesterday and speaking with Lawrence regarding my issue, my daughter now has a new bag in the post on its way to us on express delivery. Providing the new bag arrives in good time and in perfect condition it’s safe to say I’ve had an excellent experience.

Ordered a personalised baby robe but on arrival it was plain.. got in touch with the company who insisted I had not put the name on the order..they offered to personalised it if I returned it at my own expense. This I was not prepared to do as it was quite expensive in the first place also the quality was inferior in my opinion. I will not be ordering from them again
I have used My First Years on quite a few occasions and have always found the gifts to be of a lovely quality, well presented in a gift box, positive feedback from the parents and most importantly loved by the baby. On my recent order I had a query which was sorted out swiftly and the customer service from Lawrence was fantastic he was so helpful and even took the time to respond when I thanked him for his help. Ordered a bunny with my daughters name on in white font, got sent the bunny but with the name ‘Bertie’ on the ear in black font? Yet my invoice they packed in the parcel has the details of what I ordered - and someone has even put a signature to it to say they’ve checked it!!! Obviously haven’t checked as I got the complete wrong order sent to me Disappointed as I shop here all the time and pay a lot to them for the high quality unique products.
