Terrible customer service. It took me over two weeks to get in contact with someone regarding a return. I emailed, texted, called & sent WhatsApp messages to the number provided but heard nothing until I went through The Range. Once I did manage to speak to someone I was going back and forth via email for almost two weeks. I found whoever i was speaking to via email extremely rude and unprofessional. I was then told that I’d be charged £20 for the return which is not explained anywhere when ordering the blinds. The courier that collected the blinds didn’t provide me with a receipt which then caused another delay in getting my refund. I would never ever purchase from this company again and I’d advise everyone the same. I went to blinds2go and have had no issues whatsoever.

This company was great - Blinds were well priced and good quality. Had a query regarding my order - Dunelm's customer Services weren't great at responding - but sorted out in the end.

Nothing wrong with the blinds, but need to sort out delivery service, was emailed by them to say they couldn't deliver as didn't have full address which was given over at time of order, asked to call a number which is off no help at all as no option to speak to anyone, alot of hassle to get my blinds delivered.
Roman Blind kit arrived on time, it was easy to understand the instructions and easy to install. Will be using them again next time.
Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Supplied the wrong item via the range and still have not admitted it's the wrong item and refuse to sort it. The range customer service is just as bad. Had to go to my bank to recover my money in the end and still have a blind that I can't fit as it's the wrong size. Been over 2 months now Avoid this company at all costs A reply to your reply is that your company were aware of this as I have several emails between your company and me after I got told I had to deal with you directly by the range so that is not a correct statement you have made. I have just rechecked and they are definitely from your sales team
Good delivery and feed back
My curtain pole arrived quickly and looks good.
I ordered through the Range. Was sent two instead of three blinds. The Range were useless (as always) went through NewEdgeBlinds direct, got my missing blind within days. Would much prefer to go straight through them again next time. Would recommend!

Pole very cheap and flimsy
The package was very well protected and it came very quickly. Please also keep doing the non standard sizes as even though it's trimmable it was a perfect fit without having to cut it down. It was very easy to put up and looks great.
Rods exactly as described and needed with good delivery timescale
