Mar 09,2023Your product is badly finished and is twice the price of the same item from the range store outlet, the only reason we bought from you was that you have a better size option. I have bought better quality blinds from marks and Spencer at half the cost of yours. I won't be purchasing anything else from you again.

Mar 09,2023Don’t answer phone for customer service. The fittings for the blinds were crap. You only get a response when you do a chargeback through your bank. If it wasn’t for my partner being in the end stages of her pregnancy I was prepared to drive 2.5 hours all the way to new edge blinds to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER USED FOR ANY PURCHASE.

Mar 09,2023The blind is great and just what I wanted but customer services is dire. Nobody ever picks up the phone or rings back inspite of leaving messages. I had a response with emails but it took a month to receive the correct fixings for my blind as these had been missing!!!!

Mar 09,2023Very rude poor customer service, purchased something from The Range and didn’t realise they use third party services, lesson learned! Avoid them if possible!! In response to your comment. No refund was issued and I had the issue with direct communication with your company not the range.

Mar 09,2023I'm still missing two blinds from my order I spent over 300 pound and two blinds never turned up I have emailed the range and phones them just to be ignored and still no refund or no blinds

Mar 08,2023Shocking experience would never buy off this company again. I got delivered someone returned blinds with half the parts missing and half the other person address still attached. Box was broken and half the blind was hanging out the top. When asked for them to pay for the return as this was their fault they kept telling me they don’t pay for return and I would have to pay for it. Communication was shocking.
