Apr 03,2023The emailed me on the day I placed my order saying they had dispatched the item to their courier. The item was listed online as being with me wihh in 7 days. A week later, I checked with the courier tacking code, and they had never given the item to the courier. I emailed, and was told it would be dispatched the next day, and it would have the same tracking number. The next day they still had not sent it to the courier, I gave it a day before emailing again. They then replied very curtly, saying it would arrive the next day - which it didn't. It finally arrived two days later. Late. Rude customer service. I recommend choosing a more helpful and responsive place to shop.

Apr 01,2023Three curtains ordered, two arrived well too short and don't reach the walls, so unfit for purpose. Going in circles with the sales service who is either thick or pretending to be so, to tire us out, by denying the evidence provided. Will update if something positive happens - not looking good so far.

Mar 31,2023The website is helpful and easy to navigate, and the prices are very competitive. The article itself was dreadful. We asked for a blind at 170cm width - what came was hand cut to 167cm;the cut edge was ragged and ugly; the stitched edge was appalling and not finished in any quality. It went straight to the dump as I couldn't use it on my kitchen window as planned
