Have ordered all our new window blinds from New Edge, as prices are really reasonable. Just ordered another one recently, but my husband changed his mind on the colour, so I emailed them later that same day, but received an email from them the next morning stating that it had already been despatched and they are not able to amend orders! So, speedy delivery, but you must be definite about your choice, as no ammendments.

Paid 99p for a sample they didn’t bother to send me! If they can’t send me a simple sample I certainly can’t trust them to send me an order of over 440quid! l Well done thanks for nothing

Delivery service was good. Standard size ordered but sent bigger blind cut to size (was expecting new).Customer service were responsive, offered refund but they would not cover return postage which would cost more than the original blind!

V. Prompt service for a comparatively minor part (track joiner)
I fully intended to install my curtain tracks this morning, only to find that I have only been sent enough curtain end stops and hooks for one track. Obviously, it’s been assumed that I am fixing both tracks together- because they have sent me a connector. I bought 2 x tracks - one for my kitchen and one for my bedroom. I do not have any spares in my house, so now I can’t do the job I intended to do. It’s very disappointing and frustrating because I get very little time off work where I can complete jobs in my home, and it seems that every single order I place on line with shops, arrives incorrect, or doesn’t arrive at all. I’m absolutely fed up of having to try and rectify issues like these, only to find that the only way I can contact a retailer is through Facebook or Instagram. Firstly, it says that their Facebook page is ‘down’ and that they are aware of it, and secondly I don’t have Instagram . I’d even checked Trustpilot before I placed the order - to ensure I was placing my order with a company I could trust to get it right, but unfortunately, as usual I have been let down! I can’t even drive to pick any up because my car is in The garage! Yet another poor experience!

Bought some metal curtain track for around by bay window . Excellent quality . My son said it was easy to put up . It was easily ordered and came quickly with notifications along the way.

Apr 24,2023Selecting and ordering the size I needed was easy, the delivery was quick, only niggle was when they arrived there was a lot of loose fibres that needed trimming off the cut edges to tidy them up. Apart from that minor thing happy enough.
