I love my forever Ninjatrader platform. Ninja's data feed selection process could use some improvement. When I order next month's data I don't know how to tell the system that this is for next month. I wish there was a checkbox to check to tell the system that these are for next month.
Although the staff is very friendly and prompt to respond, my issue has unfortunately not yet been resolved.
Easy to use and low rates with lifetime license
First time with Ninja, trying to set up account, of course User name/password wrong...Got a wonderful lady to help me, then guided me through the set up and made sure I knew how to submit license key, showed me around the site. Feeling far more comfortable with the site, and the choice I made to move from my previous brokerage. Can't wait to dig in tomorrow.
Honestidad en sus transacciones, aunque no queria seguir operando con ellos, me demostraron que son una empresa fiable, se me habia descontado de mi tarjeta de crédito la inscripcion trimestral, les hice el reclamo de que no habia autorizado esa transaccion ya que no queria seguir operando en esa plataforma y despues de 2 horas me regresaron mi Dinero, la verdad eso dice mucho de una empresa donde hoy en dia los Brokers en su mayoria son estafadores, asi que quiero dejar un mensaje de gratitud y reconocimiento a NinjaTrader

terrible assistance, sent email I await answer asked for telephone contact no one calling, I received an email in Portuguese but you think it is similar to Italian, for me you are in bad shape negative my response
After completing the online form, it does not indicate clearly that you need to submit further documents. I was contacted a few days later and asked to submit a letter from my employer, stating they authorise me to trade futures privately (what???). In addition, NinjaTrader wanted to share any private trading activity with my employer. I offered many reasonable alternatives as a compromise but they refused to budge. To further add to this gross violation of privacy they wanted to inflict on me, they claimed that they have to keep every private detail I shared with them for 5 years, even though I gave up on opening an account with them, citing some vague regulation from the NFA that only seems to apply to account holders, not prospects. All in all, this was by far the worst broker experience I had, no other broker gave me even 1% of the trouble NinjaTrader gave me. Seeing the many negative reviews here, I probably dodged a bullet. Never again.
Tried to close my account, took 2 weeks and multiple calls to get the transfer initiated. Of course, over that time they kept collecting fees. I guess people having money to take out is rare for them, that should tell you something. Note: every response here is the same copy paste answer. That should clearly indicate the level of customer service you can expect.
just doing a trial and as far as poor customer support this is exactly how it is. the thing is buggy and the help section is great if u feel like reading for hours, and the search function is basically useless. i have much experience w diff charting packages, but this thing... sierra, esignal etc its actually terrifying to think if u need to contact the trade desk w an open position looking at their responses here they use automated responses, which tells u all u need to know. if ninja cant even afford an employee to respond in real time here, they dont there either this is typical of super agressive growth strategies by companies focused on building mkt share or profits low ball price, no money to hire for quality

I've been using Ninjatrader for almost 8 years and I'd consider it as the best overall trading platform on the market. The platform itself is very robust, works fast, efficient memory usage on the PC. Charts have high quality graphics and has various drawing tools and indicators that you need. There were a few times where certain tools or indicators weren't already on the platform but Ninjatrader has probably the largest ecosystem out there so I was easily able to find them. I like how you can trade stocks, futures, forex, and now options as well on the platform. It stores historical data as well which is very helpful. I love how they allow you to try the platform for free while you're on sim so that you can fully understand how it works, and then you can purchase the platform afterwards when you're ready to go live. They also have really great customer support as you can either send them an email or message on their active forum. They've been very solid in this regard over all these years and they're really friendly as well. I like their strategic initiatives as well like acquiring Tradovate which I'm hopeful will bring lots of great additions to the users and result in more innovation. Another great feature is their strategy builder which allows anyone to create automated strategies even without knowing how to code. I highly recommend Ninjatrader as the go-to platform for anyone out there. Thanks for all the work Ray and everyone else involved!
Terrible customer service, there is no one to help you, impossible to deal with a company like this, they should be out of business
It is hard to get information when things don't make sense. For example, I can't figure out why just the simulation account can be chosen, even though I am paying for trades.
As a new customer of Ninjatrader, I was so totally ready to love these guys (and still hold out hope that I will) - the trading platform and pricing are top-notch and the account opening experience was painless and easy. However, as a new user that has a number of questions I've quickly discovered that their customer support is completely lacking. I've tried calling their support line several times over the past week and never ever got a live person - it always went to voicemail. Likewise, my emailed support questions are either completely ignored or, if I'm lucky enough to get a reply, the answers provided are lacking in any useful detail and fail to address the original questions I posed. I've been told by long-time customers of NT that the lack of any real customer support is a relatively recent phenomenon due to a "support system change" they are implementing and that NT has traditionally had solid customer support. HOWEVER, this in no way excuses NT management from keeping their customers completely in the dark about support delays and interruptions. A simple email blast to their customers letting them know they acknowledge the issue and are working hard to address it would do WONDERS to assuage customer frustration. Honestly, I'm not sure how a company can run like this. If it doesn't get addressed quickly I will be looking elsewhere for my futures brokerage business.
I asked 2 questions on a contact sheet early Friday. Got a call Monday at 11AM, neither answered, got transferred to someone who could help (supposedly). Got put in the que and I was 2nd away from top, listen to MUSAK for over an hour (10 min. now at #1), finally hit "7" for a "call back", and had Lunch. Still waiting for callback............ But you did get this questionnaire out real fast after the phone hang up!
With just a little practice ninja trader is very easy to execute. I love the charting platform, and their margin requirements are very reasonable. The customer relation team is very quick to respond when you have any questions or concerns. This is a great platform for a beginner to a very seasoned pro. I have used numerous other platforms and this one by far exceeds or is equally as good as anything else out there.

Oct 03,2022I am on my 3rd phone call to customer service and have been on hold for 64 minutes and counting! Each call takes at least 40+ minutes on hold. I also tried making a virtual complaint and still haven't been contacted and that was 3 days ago. I will be canceling f anyone ever picks up this call.
