Jul 08,2020We have been with care planner for a few months now. Throughout the initial set up the team have been amazing with regular check ins and updates. The team supported us at every stage of the process. The support team have been responsive in getting back to us to resolve any queries, typically within the same day.

Jun 16,2020The remote app is excellent lots of improvements on the new Beta app as well. The desktop version also excellent. Very few minor issues but nothing serious. I can't speak for office staff functionality as I only use as a support worker in the field and remotely since Covid-19. For my use very happy. Support from their technical staff if you do have an issue is excellent and speedy which is what you want.

That is what we keep asking ourselves as CarePlanner has not only enabled us to work and plan more efficiently but also grow our business at the same time. The training and ongoing technical support has been outstanding. Special mention must go to Dionne who has been excellent, patient and very understanding when providing training and ongoing support. In fact, the whole team who we have had the pleasure to meet provide reassurance that there is always someone to ask when any technical questions need resolving. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone.

Nothing has been too much trouble and you have guided us through a whole new system which is no easy thing. Rachael has given me confidence in Care planner and has accommodated any requests we have asked for with patience and a lovely manner. I have worked with many companies through out my career and this has been by far one of the best experiences I have had.
