I am loving the red light pad! I use it everyday to aid in decreasing stiffness in my joints, improving the look of scars, and relaxing sore muscles. It is worth every penny!

Have emailed 3x due to $600 worth of product not being delivered. Was sent an email saying they would ship it via air and receive it last week. The tracking number they sent me shows nothing even being shipped yet! Ridiculous!

Customer service was quick, understanding, courteous, helpful and professional. I was helped by multiple agents at various times who knew what to do and how to get the matter resolved. They clearly have a good working relationship and communication within their department.

I purchased the Novaalab pad almost two years ago. I have used it regularly for both hip pain and back pain. Eventually, the pad quit working quite like it should. I contacted Novaalab and they sent me a new one even though it was beyond the warranty period! Their service is tremendous. Highly recommend!

I needed to get a replacement part for one of the items I purchased in August 2024, due to a break in the electric cord. I do not fault Novaalab for the break. Their customer service was a bit slow and I didn't know what was happening for a long time, but that turned out to be because they were waiting for new parts to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they sent a whole new item (not just the part) because they had upgraded the design where the electric cord plugs into the red light pad. I wish it had come faster, but I am very happy with the resolution. I have ordered other items from them and everything is high quality and sturdy. This problem was an anomaly.

This product is amazing !!!!! My teeth actually literally feel stronger , whiter , my breath is perfect and my gums are pink and not red and this is only after 3 and a half weeks , I look forward to seeing the results in a year from now❤️

I placed an order with this company over three weeks ago and my device still has not shipped. When I reach out to customer service, I receive a status update that my order is still unfulfilled. I am so disappointed. I should have bought a device through Amazon. It would’ve been delivered the next day.

The product is excellent. I’ve been using deep healing pad for different part of my body wherever it has a pain and definitely have seen improvement. But I had an issues with the controller since it started to expose wires inside after a few months of use. I asked them if I could order just a controller but they said they would replace it. I was impressed how they responded how fast they responded…but it’s been almost a month since I reported this issue and still haven’t gotten replacement. They just kept saying I’ll get a shipment information once they shipped(back and forth 4 or 5 time emails for weeks) the replacement. I’m so frustrated not getting replacement almost a month and using wire exposed controller for almost a month with concerning the danger.

I ordered the XL pad online. There was nothing that says it was in back-order. Then I inquired about it and the response came from the company AI saying that the company ran out of the pad and that a new shipment was being air-delivered that day. So a shipping label was printed but when I track the fedex package, it says they have not received the package yet and that the label was just created. It's been 5 days now and the product still has not been shipped.

It was easy to figure out how to pay with HSA, just had to go to the banner that memtions HSA. I’ve only been using it for the last four nights, but after two uses I’d noticed that hairfall was significantly less than it had been recently. Sleep quality seems to be better after 20 minutes use at 40% brightness, I normally wake around 2 or 3 and can’t fall back asleep for several hours, but I’ve been consistently sleeping deeply from about 9:30 till around 5 the last few days. Trying it on PF in my foot as well.

After sale support non-existent. Hope this review will help others avoid the terrible experience. I was a sucker for the technology and claims, whether the product works or not I can’t tell you as I still haven’t received it despite being ‘out for delivery’ for over a week. Novaalab told me to contact the courier. I tried to contact them, they said I needed to contact Novaalab. I’ve since done that twice and I’m sure you can guess how much response I’ve had…. Zero!
