RE: PRODUCTS - First of all, I usually don't write reviews. BUT when I do want to buy a new product, I DO read the provided customer reviews. So, if I read, I guess I should be willing to write, but I haven't written many past reviews, but I have decided to write this review. I envision my review to be useful for skeptical potential buyers, because that is how I would categorize myself. In the past 12-18 months I have developed some receding gum and shoulder impingment problems. After reading about Novaalab products, I have purchased the 1- novoral SONIC TOOTHBRUSH, 2- NOVAA ORAL CARE PRO and 3- NOVAA LIGHT PAD in July, and August of 2024. After 6-7 months of using these products, I can confidently say that my problems have NOT gotten worse and they have improved quite a lot. I am confident to be thinking that I would be much worse off if I had never purchased these 3 products. RE: CUSTOMER SERVICE - I will say that novaalab customer service is very, very good. When you call them, you get prompt response from a human and not a machine and we all know what torture computer customer service is like!! I have received courteous service every time I have spoken to one of their people and the 1 time a part became defective, I just sent them a picture and I was sent a replacement part immediately. So I would say that their warranty is legitimate. BOTTOM LINE, I really appreciate that my 3 novaalab products have helped me feel better. So, I write my review for anybody who wants to see novaalab customer opinions.

Customer Service is good. Good communication and did everything to fulfill order. With 1 week so far using the LightPad my soreness pain from workouts has decreased and I feel more energetic.

I was have deep abdominal issues and used the red light belt several times a day for 20 minutes at a time. It helped magnificently. Then because of lifting my backaches…used it there once. 100% better. Awesome.

This is the third device I’ve purchased. I have given the first two to my daughters so that they too could find relief from pain and inflammation. My oldest daughter uses it in the thyroid area as she suffers from Hashimotos. After going without one for several months I realized I needed to get one because it helps me so much with my digestion issues when I use it on my abdomen! These devices are a must have!

“I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s shipping process. I placed my order weeks ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. There’s been no clear communication or updates, and every time I reach out to customer service, I either get no response or vague answers that don’t help. For a product that’s marketed as essential, this level of service is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.”

I had a Novaa Light Pad for about 10 months. I used it 2-3 times a week and have definite pain relief from this use. At about 10 1/2 months the Pad started blinking in and out. I called customer service. They were awesome and long story short a new Pad was sent to me in a timely manner. I could see design improvements on the new Pad compared to the first one. This shows me that are constantly improving their products! Great job!

I bought the red light pad on a recommendation of a friend that has had good results and hope that I will to. Product information was easy to find and it was on sale with an extra 30% off which was nice as it is higher priced than all other brands of similar size. I chose Novaalab as their product is the only one to advertise as “Medical Grade”, they offer a 2 year warranty, and they state the bulbs should last 50,000 hours. I did not see this type of information in any other descriptions. Here’s hoping it does what it says it will once I get it and use it.

I absolutely LOVE the products from this company, as well as their customer service. = ) However, this time, I have to be honest about the fact that RIGHT AFTER placing my order, with the order confirmation (I think) or shortly thereafter, I received a note asking me if I remembered to use my 11% discount and if not, to let them know and they would take care of it. When I emailed to see about it, I was told that with the other discounts I received, I could not receive the 11% off. That's fine, BUT don't send an email RIGHT AFTER placing the order, asking me if I used it and then tell me that it couldn't be used???? Timing was WAAAAAAY off on that. I responded to Peter's email saying just what I'm saying here, but I received no response from him. UPDATE - While it took WAAAAY longer than I feel it should have taken, the issue was FINALLY resolved. After waiting for 19 days to hear back from Peter, who simply explained over and over again that I couldn't use any more codes on my purchase, I called the company and spoke with Ross. He seemed to have a better understanding of why I was concerned about the timing of the email I received regarding the additional 11% off and just how misleading it truly was. However, he was not in a position to be able to refund the 11%, but he said he would pass the information along to the appropriate person. FINALLY, I spoke with Carla, a supervisor, who listened to my concerns about just how misleading the email was, along with lack of timely responses from customer service, and I am happy to say that Carla did the right thing and she refunded the additional 11%. I am very happy that she was willing to listen to me and that she valued me as a customer and did why I sincerely feel was the RIGHT THING!!! In addition, she assured me that she would get to the marketing team regarding the timing and just how misleading that email was. I am confident that it will be taken care. By Carla being willing to listen to my concerns and make the situation right, she has retained a loyal customer!!!! = ))) I will purchase more items from novaalab.com in the future. = )))

Item came fast and works just as we had wanted it to work. This is a second laser from these guys and the last one lasted 5 years until we dropped it and broke it. This new one has a great design and is very easy to use.
