NovaaLab has excellent customer service and great IR products!
After 29 emails back and forth, as well as sending photos and videos, they till ask for another video of what I sent previously. Obviously they do not track previous communications - ABSOLUTELY USELESS SUPPORT - no sense of customer frustration or REAL WORLD service. This is the fifth pad - we will not buy again AND recommend avoiding your company!

I was having trouble getting my order to go through. I called and she was very helpful. I am very excited to receive my XL healing pad. I have the smaller one now, it does not all light up anymore. I feel like you could include more directions with it. Last time I was not sure how to use it, or how often. I feel it really has helped me. Thank you.
Hi, I haven't had a chance to use my product yet, I just got it yesterday. if I had known that I would have to pay extra money for custom's fees to receive it, I would have tried to buy it from a supplier in Canada. I didn't realize it would ship from the United States. That would have been a valuable information to have up front. Anyway, my naturopath recommended it and I'm looking forward to using it once its charged! Thank you.

Shipping tracking leaves a little to be desired, it was fixed with communication with customer service, which was very quick, and friendly! Great job! I have about 5 days of therapy under my belt, so far it leaves me feeling good! we`ll see how I progress over time.
I have ordered few iteans. Nokproblems with delivery, qick dispatch and good communication. However one of the item did not been delivered. After I contacted the team the issue have been solved and new uteam send. Highly recommend

I haven't yet received my most recent purchase, however, I'm super excited to be able to do the red light therapy at home and continue to get the benefits from it. NovaaLab made the purchase process very easy and I got one heck of a discount. Thank you!! I finally received my pod, the box was completely open and destroyed, but the contents were not damaged. I have ordered from novaalab a few times with no issues. The last time, Jan 2024, there was an issue with the carrier as there was a mail strike in Canada and parcels from the us were backed up at our border. The customer service team was outstanding at following up and assuring me it was in transit
Ease of ordering on line, appreciate the discounts. This is my second order in about two weeks. The treatment is very effective, I have ordered one for a family member.
Customer service was "Stellar" Order arrived with broken wire, one email to report this and response was swift and courteous on the same day. Very happy with response.

Feb 09,2025They sent me an email that my item was delivered but it was not. I called and was told “maybe it wasn’t delivered” wait a few more days. I tried to as why wait since I received THEIR email. Then I got another email saying I didn’t purchase insurance so they cannot replace it. I don’t remember insurance being offered, but a warranty was. BEWARE!
