Feb 05,2025I bought the infrared oral pro 2 years ago after having mouth surgery. It was instrumental in helping my gums heal. I loved it so much I bought 5 more for my family and recommended it to extended family and friends. When I had an issue with the mouth tray while it was still under warranty, the company immediately handled the replacement. They are professional and honest. An excellent addition to keeping me healthy!

Feb 04,2025I absolutely love NovaaLab products; the quality is outstanding, and the company always gets back to me when I have questions or comments. I've purchased the Novoral tooth infrared device (which has greatly improved my dental sensitivity and helped with gum problems I've dealt with for yeas), and loved it so much that I got one for my sister for Christmas! (She loves hers, too :) I recently began using the large mat -- which I won in a contest that NovaaLab was holding, what an amazing surprise that was! They definitely do appreciate their customers. This is an outstanding company, great to work with and they make an excellent product that is well worth the money.

Feb 04,2025I love my infrared heating pad. I do wish it lasted more than 15 months. It gets a bit expensive to replace that often. I saw in faq that an extended warranty is available but couldn't find where to add it anywhere on the page

Feb 02,2025The items didn’t arrive within the promised time, there was a lack of communication from the company despite many, many email chasers. I have been requesting my refund since November and still no items or refund and no response to my emails. Please don’t trust this company with your money.

Feb 01,2025The product was ordered on 14 January, it still has not arrived. It is now showing it may arrive on 5 February! Not counting on it. I hope the 60 day money back period starts when the shipment is finally delivered, not when the order is placed. Update: The product arrived on 1 February. Thanks for the confirmation the guarantee period starts when the product arrived. It would be customer centric to let customers know that current product delivery may be delayed due to volumes/inventory. This would better set expectations and avoid initial shipping delay complaints like mine.

What I’m not happy about was how long it took me to get money back on something I returned by following all requests but the had asked several times when I would receive a credit to my account. I also, feel $20 for postage on something is as little overboard when it is a smaller single item
