Feb 12,2025I put Red light therapy over my sore muscle on my leg and after two uses it has totally healed the muscle. It also helped heal the pain from my torn rotator cuff on my left shoulder. It works so well I keep two at home for use when I experience a sore muscle.

Feb 11,2025I am a real customer not a bot and an orthopedic physical therapist. I bought a novaalab light pad about a year ago and use it most days for chronic stomach pain and overall muscle and joint aches. I bought it for my husband after he had an ACL reconstruction and it really helped his recovery. I am now back to purchase a second for my mom who has osteoarthritis in her knees and is still very active at 74. The quality of the pad is durable and easy to use on most body parts. The limits are endless with this light pad. It can be used for so many things from skin to joints, depression, stomach aches, and so much more. You won’t regret it.

Feb 11,2025Quick response on all of our questions and even about the delivery date. We tried our neighbors for a few days and WOW we were impressed with the healing powers of it. My husband hurt his right hand from golfing and has some upcoming tournaments so he needs his hand to heal quickly! It is soft tissue damage and by using the infrared light, his hand is feeling so much better! And it works quickly too!! I am using it on my lower back muscles and on my middle finger which broke. The bone is healed however the light is helping with the soft tissue and for my finger and wrist to feel better. We are very happy with our 12X7inch pad and sometimes think we should get a full body one! thank you, Kathy

Feb 11,2025I can’t say enough good things about NovaaLab and my wrap that I purchased 6 weeks ago. I broke my wrist and tore a ligament 6 months ago and was still having significant pain, even with doing weekly PT. After 2 weeks of using my red light therapy wrap my pain level has gone from a constant 4 (on a scale of 1-10) to an occasional 1! I’m thrilled with the results and am going to purchase other NovaaLab products. Thank you!!

Feb 11,2025Shipping needs a little work. Placed my order on a Friday, the description stated express shipping. I received my order 8 days later, with no reliable shipping info along the way. I suggest you change the description from express to “standard” shipping. Express sets the wrong expectation.

Feb 14,2025I RECEIVED MY NEW LIGHT KIT FOR MY MOUTH. I WAS DISAPOINTED WHEN I WENT TO CHARGE IT AND FOUND NO ADAPTER IN THE KIT. THERE WAS A NOTE THAT STATED NO ADAPTER FOR CHARGER, YOU MUST PURCHASE ONE BEFORE CHARGING. HOW RIDICULOUS FOR A COMPANY NOT TO INCLUDE ALL YOU NEED TO MAKE THEIR PRODUCT WORK. YOU WOULD THINK A COMPANY WOULD INCLUDE AN ADAPTER TO CHARGE THEIR PRODUCT. AFTER ALL THE COST WAS 140.00 . HOPEFULLY IF ENOUGH COMPLAIN OR NOT PURCHASE THEY WILL ADD A SIMPLE ADAPTER FOR CHARGING YOU UNIT. VERY... VERY... DISAPOINTED. I HAD TO MAKE A TRIP TO WALMART TO PURCHASE AN ADAPTER.
