I have ordered 4 products from Novaalabs now. Love them all. Great customer service and this company stands by the product warranty. It has helped me and my husband as we both teach and compete in tennis. We travel with our Novaalab pads.
We've bought multiple products and all seem very good quality. We have used for about a month. Warmth is felt from the pads, helping with sore muscles and such. Our mother has felt relief from one of the pad wraps on arthritic knee. Very pleased with the three products we have.

I've tried to get Customer Service to respond to a video they asked me to send since only a third of the lights are still working. I've reached out several times and have not heard back. This had been going on for almost 2 months. Update: Customer service reached out to me and sent me a new red light therapy to replace the light that wasn't working correctly at no charge.

I have told the company that the device I got does not charge. It should turn solid but to date it is still not solid. I bought another adapter but does not work. I was asked to take a short video which I have sent but no replacement or an answer. No phone number
Great communication during my order process until 2 days later when they lowered the price of the item I purchased. I hadn't even received the device yet. When I asked to receive a credit for the difference in price (which is just simpler than returning the device, being refunded, and then repurchasing at the new lower price), customer service went dark. No responses! That is BAD customer service.
