It’s been two weeks since I placed the order. I haven’t received the product and hope it will work. Now that I have less than 60 days to try it.
My husband finds great relief from his RA pain but using the light 2x per day. Their customer service was quick to respond and send a replacement when our remote stopped working after only a few uses. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone suffering pain.
Novaalab has always honored their warranty. I believe in their product and I would recommend their company to anyone. Thanks for the great service.
I’ve been trying to order a new cord for three days and all I get is AI bot responses that are going nowhere. There is no phone number to call either. You fail miserably at customer support
I purchased 2 items and after receiving them I decided to return one of them, the Novaa Extra-Strength Healing Laser. After numerous attempts to contact their customer service via chat and email, they finally answered to give me a hefty discount for me to keep the item which I declined. The CS then, after my many attempts to contact him via email, he finally responded with the instructions. I followed them and sent the unit back and emailed the CS with the tracking number and a picture of the receipt from USPS where the same tracking number was printed. The package was delivered to their UT warehouse on Jan 10th and so far I have not received their confirmation. I've sent the CS 3 emails asking for a confirmation and no responses... I've read all the 1 star reviews and we all have the same problem. As of now, I don't know if the return address was a bogus address or what. If you're considering buying their products, please read all the 1-star reviews before you proceed.
I have been watching this product for a while. It went on a fantastic sale. I bought it and had it within a week. In the past when I had issues with a product they took care of it and replaced the broken product right away. Great customer service. Great products!

The page appeared to be a sham, adding adding unreqested items, requiring additional attention to avoid paying for crap. The overall appearance gave it a kitschy feel. I was expecting steak knives to be added to the deal.

RECEIVED A brand new red light but it took over a month from my initial contact. Lucky was always nice on the phone. Not sure what took so long after several emails and a couple phone calls to customer service. cj
I bought a red-light device for my mouth and gums. The product functions but doesn't do anything to correct receding gums or periodontal disease. The company advertises a full refund within 100 days of purchase. When I requested a refund, they ghosted me. Radio silence. So their products don't work and they do not refund you. Do not buy!
I have had quick response as far as ordering anything or questions answered. Have had the pad for several months. My husband and I both use it daily. We are finding good results. I just ordered Novaalab for my teeth and look forward to good results or at minimum preventive issues. I am very pleased at the quality and professionalism of the company. cyndi

Jan 17,2025It took quite a while to receive the red light pad in the mail. It took so long, I was worried it was a scam. I hadn’t even received the intial pad I ordered and was receiving emails trying to sell me more products. I’m also confused when my 60 days starts-when I received it or when it was shipped? I’m thrilled to have finally gotten it and started using it this morning.
