If you haven't used this type of light therapy, you have nothing to lose by investing in it with Novaalab. And just to be totally transparent, I am an actual paying customer NOT reimbursed for my testimony or given any products to leave a comment. My dear friend, an ER nurse of 45+ years, let me try hers and the ball rolled from there...Be warned, steer clear from online fakes and scam ineffective copycats that others are attempting to get you to buy. Jan 14,2025I got tricked into purchasing the extended warranty and shipping insurance. Instead of asking me if I would like those and letting me choose them, they were automatically added in my cart. I didn't see it until it was too late but I guess it was up to me to catch those 2 things and remove from my order.

Jan 15,20251.5 months delay to receive this shipment. I tried to call them, there's no such option. I emailed them and send a message on FB messenger and got zero response. On top of that when I finally received the package after 1.5 months of silence and lack of updates, i found out there's an outstanding duty on CAD247 instead of CAD168 which is the amount i paid. This company is totally unreliable and clearly for on the market for the money grab. I regret buying from them and will never repeat this mistake again!
