The company responded immediately to my emails and questions. Also, their products are really nice....well made and easy to use.
I could not get a response to my request to return the mask. Email responses tried to get me to keep it for the 60 day guarantee. Repeated my request for a return mailing address. I was then offered a large discount to keep it. After turning that down, finally got a return address email stating it would take 10 days once they receive the item to inspect and approve the refund amount. Multiple emails so far. Nowhere is it disclosed that the company is located in China where they manufacture. I paid $20 to ship it to Utah where they have a warehouse. Still waiting for a refund. Really scammy!
Negatives - 1) My wife complained that the session made her knee hurt more and refuses to reuse. 2) I have not found relief to my shoulder pain after multiple sessions. 3) Their policy is no questions asked. I have sent three e-mails requesting return & refund instructions. They however want me to answer questions prior to sending me any return instructions. Pros - Power source is a usb 2a which is in many cars. Can be helpful as a heating source during long drives.
Worked well to begin with This worked for a few weeks. But I was unable to get a replacement from the company despite sending requested videos of the mouth shield as I failed to make it light up.
Does not reach back teeth ,,,,It only touches the front teeth. Why no mention of this in the description ?
Within 30 days of purchasing the light pad 5 of the LED lights stopped working. On the company website it states “ Premium Quality Standards and Warranty: Our devices are crafted to the highest quality standards and come with a reassuring 1 year warranty + 2 years extension”. I emailed the company, explained the problem and attached a picture. They replied and said to send a video of the lights not working so I complied. Jullie responded and said “Our replacement policy requires at least 15% of the LEDs to be non-functional to qualify for a replacement. Your pad is still delivering therapeutic benefits. Benefits are not significantly impacted by a small number of inactive LEDs.” This is not acceptable I paid 100 percent of the price for a product. 100 percent is not working within 30 days well within the false advertising of the 1 to 3 year warranty and then told the company keeps 100 percent of the money and too bad for the customer this is not “premium quality”. I am glad I didn’t buy one of the most expensive products first, and I am grateful there is so much competition out there regarding red light therapy devices. Lesson learned buyer beware.

Absolutely unacceptable! I ordered both the Novoral Care Pro and the Sonic Toothbrush (×1), and the entire process has been a nightmare. It took over a month just to ship my order, which is already outrageous. To make matters worse, my Sonic Toothbrush was missing from the package. This level of incompetence is beyond frustrating. Do not waste your money and time here—buy from a company that actually knows how to deliver on its promises.
The mouth light therapy doesn't turn on and the support contact is phenomenally poor. I have the knee therapy device and it is great but this mouth therapy product seems defective and Novaalab is absent even after two emails in different contact points with the company. I am solely disappointed.
They sent me a replacement device for the warranty of my original device and the device I was sent also doesn’t work
Ordered their products and they created a shipping label the next day. That was 11 days ago. Shipping service has never received a package and no one at Novaalab will answer messages except AI Alice. Do not trust them!!
Beware: I used to be a huge fan of NovaaLab but after my two recent orders can no longer recommend them. I ordered a few new products and when the shipment finally arrived, quite late, the boxes were covered in a thick coating of something that gave me a rash and made my eyes turn red and burn. It was not dust. I contacted Novaa for an exchange but they never responded. I ordered a new batch and weeks later it still hasn't shipped. I shipped the return back and they haven't refunded my money for that or refunded the money for the order I cancelled since they never shipped it (after 3 weeks!!) I've been emailing almost daily for about a month at this point and haven't gotten anywhere. I have asked for my money back on countless occasions. I've googled and found their phone number and called, but no one answers. I will take my business elsewhere and want to warn other consumers! At this point I'm going to need to file chargebacks with my bank, which is shocking. I've never had to do this with a company before. The recent devices that I ordered for my parents and just helped them set up from a couple months ago do not even heat up. Not only did the customer service and shipping disappear, the device quality has also completely changed and doesn't seem to reduce swelling or pain at all. I'm not sure what is going on with Novaa, but I suspect if they haven't gone out of business yet, they will soon if this is what they've turned into.
If you live in Canada, you will get charged at least another $65.00 in Custom Fees! Terrible added cost! Will not reccomend this Product!

Product ordered from NovaaLab and was supposed to arrive in 4-5 days. Ten days later the tracking still says enroute to DHL. I would not normally be concerned about the time if it had been shipped but for 10 days there has been no movement. When I contacted the company I just got an AI generated response. I have contacted them three times and it just sympathizes with me. I tried online live chat from the company website and no one responded while on hold for 2.5 hours during their business hours even though it says response in a few minutes. Tried messaging on facebook. Still no response from anyone a day later. If I try to message them through the contact us part of the web site. It does not allow anything to be typed in. They have taken my money and shut down any possible means to find out about my product. If I click on the link in my email order confirmation to view my order now the page can not be found. The company is a fraud.
The oral care device I bought from NovaaLab is causing my gums to develop sores. I want to return it but customer service is non-existent. I have sent 7 emails to 'customer support' with no response. I've sent several messages on their chat line. No response. Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought the device right after Thanksgiving and it's now Dec. 19!!!!! They have no phone number which should have been a red flag.
I have been emailing you since Monday 12/16/24 to CANCEL this order after i received email dated 12/15/24 that it would two to three weeks. And NOW all of a sudden i receive a tracking order!!! I am SO disappointed with your customer service!
I ordered my product on November 23, 2024 it is now December 18th I have not received it, sent a message via email to the company on December 15, as well, PayPal sent a message to the company the following day. I have not heard from anyone regarding the product, when or where it is, tracking is Not Working, and it appears this company is not reachable. It is not a reliable company and there is No Customer service. Currently I am trying to get a response, and cancel my purchase since if they cannot answer me, one might wonder what will happen if their product is faulty. Very Disappointed and now looking to Cancel this purchase.
