Jan 10,2025Mike, I’m having the same experience as you. $300+ handheld device was ordered November 28th and I still don’t have it. DHL shows last tracking December 6th in California. The only response I’ve received from novaalab is from AI that is telling me to be patient. I have not heard from them since December 23rd despite several inquiries including a request for a refund…crickets! Update - I contacted them today and have been assured that the device has been re-shipped so there is hope. I will keep you posted 🤞 I have received the shipment. Thank you!

Jan 08,2025I've used the red light therapy pad almost daily since receiving it and I am very pleased with how it relieved my back pain in such a short period of time. I had major back surgery about 7 months ago and still had some residual pain; nothing I couldn'tlive with, but annoying, and I used a heating pad a lot. I now have little to no back pain (mostly no pain). I am sold on the red light therapy and hightly recommend it.

Jan 05,2025Novaalab added shipping insurance and a warranty to my credit card while cashing out. The insurance and warranty did not show up during the cash out process. Only after I got the receipt did it show the additional $50 charges. I immediately requested a refund and stated i did not agree to the insurance or warranty and they refused to refund the money. Do not purchase from Novaalab they will steal from you.
