no way to contact a life customer service person about an issue. Took days to resolve and when i finally got my invoice - the link does not work This is my 3rd order and the first time I am having these problems. Love the product but disappointed and frustrated with the customer service
Their website tries to sell you more after your purchase. I went to click "Deny offer" but the page shifted and my click went to "accept" instead. I immediately got charged an additional $479 for something I definitely did not need and no way to back it out. I emailed them about 5 times telling them not to ship the extra piece and to credit my cc, with only an Ai response. No phone number call, basically powerless to resolve this, other than refuse acceptance of the package when it arrives and tell my cc company to not pay. Its a shopify site which I will never do business with again.
I ordered the item for my brother for Christmas yesterday. Within an hour or two, I discovered that my sister already bought it for him and I immediately reached out to cancel the order. I have sent emails. I’ve sent messages. I used your website to cancel the order. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED! I sent over a dozen messages, asking to cancel. This is awful. It is incredibly unprofessional. Cancel the order.
12/20 update - I kept my order in the unfulfilled status to see what would happen if anything. I received another email from RM, 6 days later, saying they would follow up on getting part of the order shipped. I sent this reply, "I get promo emails and ads on my social media constantly. One of the ads claimed you could receive the same items I ordered on 12/2 by Christmas! Your company definitely needs to put more of your money into customer service and fulfillment! If there is a way to pass this on to management and your owner. Do they know these kind of mishaps are happening or do they only care about getting more orders? Upon reading further recent reviews not on your website, I have found I am not the only one having this issue! Please forward this email to someone that can address these issues. I really want to try these products and my husband really wanted to try the red light pads for joint issues due to cancer treatments BUT after this experience I don't think it would be wise to order them from you. I do appreciate finally hearing from you again and hope my confidence in your company is renewed....." Within 4 hours of sending this email I just got an email that the full order has been shipped! I am looking forward to trying these products BUT still very wary of this company. I would appreciate a reply to my email from someone in this company that has the power to make the changes that are needed. I placed an order on 12/2 and haven't received it. I just got a promotional email that the items I ordered can be ordered today and will be received before Christmas. I have sent multiple emails and messages on their website. I did receive a response from RM, that they would personally handle my order and then have heard nothing and the order is still unfulfilled. I am very disappointed and will be canceling my order. I will be making sure you can actually talk to person before ordering again from a first purchase with a new to me company.
The company will ghost you once your item stops working! Unfortunately, the pads….yes multiple keep breaking! We’ve had over 5 break so there’s clearly a problem. Customer service was speedy the 1st time it broke but since then I’ve sent back another on November 8th (over a month) and they haven’t resolved it. We’ve bought over 15 devices from the company & this is not only inconvenient as a consumer who trusts the company will honor their policy/warranty. If I could upload photos I could show all the broken pads we have…there should be a recall. The other devices were ok but please don’t buy the pad as they break within a few months & the company has not resolved the problem. DISAPPOINTED!!!

I just paid for a new Novaalab Light Pad after one year of use because of a faulty connection between the power cord and the light pad. I am hoping this does not happen again. If the unit had not broken, I would have given it 5 stars. I did not contact Novaalab about this problem because their warranty is only 60 days.
My Novaalab red light belt worked for about 5 months, then all but 1 row of diodes stopped working. Their customer support said they would take care of the problem, but after a week and a half I've heard nothing further.
I love the Novaa Light Switch, Therapy Mask, and Healing Pad XL. I highly recommend all of them.
I am so annoyed that there is not a phone number to correct an order error and the response time to get a bot to answer took days. I choose not to do business with companies that I cannot speak to a human directly and timely to my need.
The company has been great to work with. They answered all of my healthcare questions and concerns. I’ve done extensive research on red/bluelight therapy. I was very happy to be able to receive this product well full, tracking ability. I have yet to use it. I will post a review after I’ve used it for a length of time to have more knowledge about the actual product and benefits I see.
Novaa Light pad completely healed my prepatellar bursitis that I was dealing with for a couple years. Two orthopedic surgerents recommended surgery as a resolution but I opted out and instead chose to try Novaalab after reading the positive reviews my husband ordered the Novaa Light Pad.I used it consistently, 20 minutes daily and after 60 days I started noticing big improvement and less swelling. In 90 days it was almost healed and today my knee is 100% back to normal thanks to Novaa light pad. I am so very grateful that I was able to avoid the knee surgery. Thank you Novaalab!!!

Paid for my item a long time ago. Never received it. Customer service ignores me. I want my money back at this point. Buyer beware of this company.
We placed an order 10 days ago and had heard nothing from Novaalab. Two emails went unanswered. Only when we threatened to cancel the order did someone contact us. They said they are busy and will hopefully get it shipped soon. Really bad customer service before we've even received the product.
I canceled an order immediately after placing it due to an error and it still.shipped the next day. Not cool.
The item I just purchased was the 2nd time I have purchased from NOVAALAB. I am impressed with communications. Any questions I have had prior to or after purchase were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. The pad which I purchased several years ago is still working great but most importantly it has helped with my back problems (before and after surgery) significantly and the handheld extra strength device that I just purchased I will use for shoulder and neck issues and also with my older dog and his joint issues.
