I asked for the order to be cancelled when it was in unfulfilled status. Contacted customer service in chat and by phone, it still shipped.

I have not yet received a confirmation that my order has been processed. I have no idea if or when it will ship. I can't get any contact with anybody except your bots who keep pinging me and asking me how you're doing. I really wanted to be happy with my purchase and these products but so far I have received nothing but heartache and disappointment. You could make it better by replying to my emails. My order has been sitting since December 2nd without any confirmation or communication. *Update, order confirmation came today, no ETA but it has shipped. Upgrade the Stars to 4. Less bots, more people.

They are honoring the replacement warranty that I purchased with the original product. However, it's taking longer than I expected to receive my replacement.

Terrible shipping! I waited all day! And your shipping went from DHL to UPS the tracking number is fraudulent also! Then I see this product for 229.9@ on ur web site the day after I spent 279.00! I have no idea where my package is or with what carrier.

I got a recovery mat that doesn't work. After sending 2 videos and 8 hours on the phone daily, and returning the old product, I was told it was shipped. After 8 days I find out it wasn't shipped but label was created. Holiday season, I have to cancel my plans to travel. Very unhappy. Will make sure will tell the truth on my youtube video.

My card was charged immediately but I have received no communication about my order in the 8 days since I made it. Nothing.

One star for slow customer support and lack of communication. It has been more than a week since I placed the order and it has not yet been fulfilled. Yet, they charged by credit card before shipping which is not what their shipping policy says. Their shipping policy states that the card will be pre-authorized upon ordering and charged when shipped. I Reached out to customer support three times and still have not received an explanation on why it has not been fulfilled or when it will shipped.

Well my pad lives up to my expectations, within days my knee pain is gone. Now that I know to go to the files section on the Facebook group to get information I understand better how to use. It would be helpful to have that direction more spelled out on the printed material that come with the device. I highly recommend this product. I have since ordered the oral light as well as the laser

I received a product that died before it's first charge completed. It's been two days and customer service hasnt responded to my request for a resolution. I should have known better than to order from a site with no phone number. They answer me only when i respond to their promotions. For the money, i would like to have seen quality; but i looked around since this aweful experience and have seen the exact same product sold by other sites, so i have to conclude these companies are just getting this stuff from aliexpress or something like that and adding a massive markup. Those sites are fraught with cheap tech and sadly this company doesnt seem to care about at least addressing those pitfalls in quality. it's one thing to lose $20 on Temu for this, but to lose $139 Im reaching out to my credit card company. my order number is nv191173 if anyone in this company actually wants to make this right

Fast & Communicative, Easy I had an issue with my mask. They responded within a day. They asked for some additional information and then quickly sent a new mask when it became apparent that mine wasn't working properly.

Simply appalling customer service -ordered a red light lamp 3 weeks ago but despite saying they fulfil orders within 48 hours I have heard nothing after 5 emails sent to them so am trying to cancel the order and get a refund which I suspect will be difficult .Oh yes .. have had 3 emails a day since offering me new products .so AVOID this company and buy elsewhere ..or better still find a BETTER PRODUCT ..

Beware of the constant harassment. Once NovaaLab has your email address and phone number, they will bombard you with unsolicited offers and messages and never stop. I have tried several times to get them to stop this intrusive behavior, but still it persists. Be warned±!
