Nov 07,2024I have had 4 pads replaced within 1 year. At first they were willing to replace them under warranty but after 4 they dragged the process on making me do videos and the send the units back at my expense. Clearly, they have a quality problem as the units only work about 3 months on average. I got one replacement that did not work right from the box! No quality control.

Nov 03,2024If I could give 0 stars I would. First, service is bad - AI bots mixed with poor service reps. Unresolved delivery issues - they gave me 3 different service providers. Then the untalented spam - the will not stop!! Do not give them your info - do not order product. It will not come and they will blame everyone.

Oct 29,2024I have made two purchases with nova lab. A wand a few years ago and a pad a year ago and both purchases were made with ease. I was nervous buying my first red light. I thought it was Hocus Pocus but they had some really good studies and reports that I could follow up on. Now I’m ready to purchase my third product in the next few months. Customer service was kind and receptive when I had an issue with needing a replacement strap for my pad.

Oct 23,2024DO NOT buy oral pro - I rec’d 2 items and neither work. It’s so cheap there is no plug in during use ( only charge for use). Now I can’t email or contact anyone for refund. What a ripoff for $139.90 BUYER BEWARE

Oct 22,2024Regarding the Novaalab extra strength hand held laser class 3b. I have been using this product daily on my shoulders, frozen shoulders, numb feet and a skin blotch on my wrist. First few days I noticed the soles of my feet less painful and numb and I could sit for longer periods at my pc without pain. My left shoulder is markedly improved. My right shoulder still has pain but feels much better. I can now put my right hand behind my back but the left is very tight but can still move it more. The blotch on my wrist seems lighter. Before it was very red now closer to pink. Box is meticulous as is user friendliness. I have observed noticeable definite improvements after 2 weeks but I’ve had these pains for years so I am not expecting magic or to be healed completely. I’m convinced though that this product will help me manage the pain so that it does not take too much toll on my lifestyle.Things like scratching my back or putting on a shirt is much easier and that’s a great help. Four stars are for user friendliness and results but in a few months if there’s more improvement I’ll add another star.

Nov 07,2024I was in the market for a red light therapy belt/pad & came upon Novaalab. I was hesitant at first due to many fake products out there. Novaalab had great prices so I took the plunge. My pad arrived promptly. I had questions & used email to reach out to customer service. They were great. Answered very promptly & were very helpful. Since receiving my pad I've had great healing & pain relief in my knee & lower back & most recently tennis elbow. I've ordered 2 more pads as Christmas gifts for my son & daughter...gifts of pain relief this year & many years to come!!
