I have two of the pads and the oral pro. I have ordered light therapy from other companies in the past and feel that Novaalab has a better quality of products. I also appreciate that when I had a question I got a quick response back from a real person.
After having trouble with my light pad, I emailed and got an immediate response asking for a video of the issue. After sending the video, they quickly got a replacement in the mail to me. Seamless customer service!
Have not gotten product yet
One of the 3 heads that came with the device wasn't operating properly. After contacting NovaaLab and verifying the issue a free replacement head was shipped within minutes.
Terrible No way of contacting these people . The items are junk Do not buy If you want a refund your only hope is to contact your bank . This is a total rip off
It isn't what I wanted to order
I have utilized customer service twice in the last years and they have exceeded my expectations. When I had a NovaaLab product that wasn't functioning properly, it was immediately replaced. Recently, my pet chewed on the cord to my Light Pad and I inquired about getting a new part. Customer support provided me with a free replacement cord and I only needed to pay for shipping! I was extremely happy with how quickly customer support responded to my inquiries, and how well they have ensured my continued use and satisfaction with their products.

On the heels of my last order (quick return and replacement of a defective unit) the rep was able to quickly process another order for another device unrelated to the previous issue.
Shipping is taking too long

The device has helped my husband so much and it began acting up and only some of the lights would come on so I messaged the company and sent a video as requested. Since it was still under warranty they are sending out a new unit. We are very happy with the ease of getting the new unit and returning the faulty one. A great company who stands behind their product. Thank you!
Everyone was very helpful when I had a malfunctioning pad and immediately said they would replace it! Not only that but they're replacing it with a newer model. I would call this excellent product service.
