both of my orders were sent to me rather than one going to my sister. i even called novaa to place this order since you're unable to ship to two addresses online. now i'm inconvenienced and have to take the return to the UPS store which is miles from my home. see why i'm not happy? tom

We got the belt quickly. Customer service reacts promptly. We have a concern that the light pad gets quite warm almost immediately. We are reading there should be no heat when using red light therapy. Why is the pad getting hot. Considering returning it. Can anyone answer why it gets hot? Is this an issue?
My light pad stop working so I contacted customer support sent a video. That’s all it took for them to send me a new pad. Great customer support.
Novaalab has a l ways been very helpful in replacing defective light bars and pray the are able to figure out why they stop working after a period of time.
I needed to replace the mouth tray for my Novoral system. The product was still under the free 2-year warranty. I contacted customer service and was given helpful, hassle-free service. They shipped my replacement out super quick too!

I'm really just reviewing the purchase, as I have not received my product yet. On the purchase side, there is WAAAYYYY too much information on it. Too much advertising. Give me a clean site that has your products, what they do, and enough information to differentiate one from another. Also, let me know quickly how fast my order will arrive. Thanks. Looking forward to seeing if this "red light" works as advertised.
