Aug 10,2024Really pleased with the furniture purchased from Oak Furniture Superstore. It was hard to find a unit with a solid oak top rather than a veneer finish so really happy with this unit. There was a bit of a wait for the item to come into stock but we were kept updated throughout the process. Delivery was simple to arrange on a day convenient for us. The two delivery men carried the item into the room of our choice.

Aug 09,2024Very clear and concise web site making selection and comparisons straightforward. What more, there was a phone number whereby one could actually speak to someone. The staff member I spoke with was knowledgeable about the products and extremely helpful. The dining table and chairs arrived well packaged and well within the time span provided. Assembly was easy thanks to step by step instructions and the finish and quality evident during assembly. All in all, very satisfied and would have no hesitation in using Oak Furniture Superstore again

Aug 09,2024Best customer service ever! Firstly we accidentally booked a delivery slot a few weeks away. Changing it was the easiest thing ever thanks to their great customer service team and we got it in the next few days! The bed frame did arrive damaged but this was sorted the same day by a lovely gentleman called Kishan who went above and beyond and made sure we reached an outcome that we were more than happy with. Your customer service really is a credit to your company and I can’t wait to order lots more things!

Aug 09,2024Ordered online and found the experience relatively easy. I was kept informed of progress and given a delivery date. When items were delivered, everything was brought into where I requested. It was well packed. There was some assembly required for table and chairs - instructions easy to follow (needed two people for the table. Very pleased with the furniture- good quality and well made. Recommend- thanks.

Aug 08,2024Had my eye on this style of table for a while. There were a couple of companies had the exact the same table but a lot more expensive. The table came in 2 pieces, the legs and top, with easy to understand instructions to put together. I am extremely pleased with it and actually looking at some other items within OFS.

Aug 07,2024I waited a long time for my order which sadly came with insane packaging which took a long time to remove with various tip runs, my dressing table came badly damaged, and the assembly took around 3 hours! All in all I wasn't a happy customer. However OFS customer service team were excellent! They refunded me £80 for the initial hassle and damage and arranged for a technician to repair my dresser as it was now discontinued. The technician came out and couldn't repair in the hour time slot, the damage was worse than expected. I have now had a phone call to say they will refund me the ENTIRE cost of the table which although doesn't resolve the damage means I can do my own repair research or find an alternative replacement. Thank you.

Aug 06,2024The table arrived bang on time by DPD and a refreshing change to receive from a very polite driver. Unlike many of the other carriers who drove off before you get to the door. Good quality product as described on Oak furniture Superstore web site. Good product with an excellent finish to it.
