Darren was very helpful with trying to help us decide on the resort to stay at and getting the right price. We don't book anywhere else when going to America it is always with Ocean Florida!

Jan 18,2025We have just returned from a 15-day holiday in Florida. We had exceptional support from Nikki, Lauren, Sam and Cameron from the initial booking, organising activites and dealing with a couple of problems. Nikki Russell was superb at sorting out a ticketing problem we had at the Kennedy Space Centre (NASA) and helping when our return flight with Virgin Atlantic was cancelled. BIG THANKS to Nikki particularly but also Lauren and Sam was so efficiently answering our questions. You all made our holiday so much easier and enjoyable. MANY THANKS. Just one constructive comment in that we stayed in a lovely villa in Davenport. Whilst we enjoyed it, the location is not ideal due to volume of traffic on the I-4 and on-going road works on the I-4 for this year and well into 2026. I would not personally recommend staying in Davenport at the present time. Some days our travel time to the Parks would average 50 to 90 minutes each way which was not great.

Jan 18,2025We booked a twin holiday covering Disney and Universal. This was booked relatively last minute (we only have around 90 days until we fly out) but Ricky our travel agent did a wonderful job putting together a package that has allowed flexibility at a great price. He listened to our needs and budget and worked hard to maximise what we got for our holiday. He also made a few tweaks to allow us to stay in our preferred hotel accommodation He is clearly very knowledgeable about travel to and activities in Florida and he peppered suggestions of what to to and where to visit during our conversation. We felt conversation was relaxed and not pushy so it was easy to make the decision to book once a preferred package had been arranged I’d highly recommend Ricky and Ocean Florida based on the experience we had

From the initial phone call he has given us all the information and tips we need plus so much more right up to the stage of booking our very first trip to Florida! Jan 17,2025I contacted Ocean Florida after an error had been made with our booking. Nikki Russell made contact and worked with the team in Florida to do the best they could to resolve the issue for us. Nikki took the time to listen to what was important to us and I felt she really did care. We have been offered another Villa closer to our other family members which I feel much happier with. We are all looking forward to a wonderful holiday.

Jan 16,2025Booked our very complicated trip with Ian May who was amazing, this was a surprise trip to take my parents and he went above and beyond with the arrangements. Following booking we had a major problem with BA, being really upset I thought the holiday might not go ahead but Nikki Russell was truly amazing, she did everything in her power to sort all of the flights out, ending up being much better than we could have ever expected, we just can’t thank her enough, we will never book with anyone else now and have recommended Ocean to all our family and friends, thanks again Ian and Nikki

Jan 15,2025I cannot praise the after-sales service provided by Nikki Russell and Ocean Florida highly enough. We did inevitably experience one or two issues whilst on our San Francisco, Yosemite and Vegas holiday but the team dealt with our room complaint in real time and we were moved to a better room within the hotel in a matter of hours. When we had complications with our hire car upgrade Nikki investigated the matter thoroughly and honoured everything she committed to do to resolve the matter to our satisfaction. Additionally, the process throughout was transparent and the communication excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend or use ocean Florida again for future trips.

After discovering that our TUI flights had been cancelled we really thought our holiday would not be happening but Ocean Florida have gone above and beyond to help us out. Jan 07,2025In 2024 we booked a Florida holiday with Ocean Holidays. Unfortunately we had to cancel the holiday due to unforeseen personal events. Our whole engagement with Ocean Florida has been exceptional, from the insight and advice on the detail of our holiday through to the booking and transaction. However, where they really excelled was how they managed our cancellation. The team have gone beyond what I would consider good customer service, they have been first class. Their support and guidance through the cancellation process has made what could have been a very difficult situation, easy and seamless. I write this review because it is good to know service is great when things are going to plan but even more important that the service gets better when things go wrong. Thank you to Nikki Russell, Customer Retention Manager and the rest of Ocean Florida team.

Jan 04,2025Well firstly me and my partner would like to wish the Ocean Florida team, happy New Year so where do I start well we would absolutely highly recommend Ocean Florida to anyone who is planning a holiday to the us our first port of call was with. Amazing guy called Neil, who we first booked with he ran through everything from the price to what to expect and he did it in so much detail her were even paying for a holiday every month until it was fully paid off, we felt so confident with him thanks Neil next we spoke to a lovely lady called Isabelle to sort out all the documents and Hotel she really looked after me and my partner feeling so confident again they really do take care of their customers. They also take away any worries that you have all questions and they fully answer them to the best of their knowledge. Isabelle thank you so much. You are amazing too. Next person we spoke to was yet a lovely member of the team her name was Lindsay and she is a disability coordinator. He kindly sorted out our seats on the plane and I’m meeting greet service to help me my partner through customs and to help us all the way through the airport sure so helped us with sort out a disability access card to allow us to get into the queue quicker. All in all me and my partner highly recommend ocean Florida. The best travel agent that raises the bar to the next level we shall definitely be going with ocean Florida again and this will be our travel agent for many more holidays to come to the US so lastly we would like to say a massive thank you to Neil Isabelle and Lindsay and the whole of the team for everything you’ve done for us therefore we would like to give you 100 stars and all the help you’ve given us thank you Ocean Florida team Gemma & Jon

IM HERE NOW IN ONE OF THERE VILLAS 27TH DECEMBER 2024 WHICH ISNT THE SAME VILLA AS THE ONE I BOOKED ITS DISGUSTING,DIRTY,OUTDATED,. I PAID FOR WELCOME PACK FOR ARRIVAL ON THURSDAY 26TH OF DECEMBER 2024 AND MILK WAS OUT OF DATE. MATRESS DON'T FIT ON BEDS WHICH MANAGER SAID ISNT A HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE IF MY 2 GRANDSONS FALL OF BED. SERIOUSLY TO MUCH TO WRITE BUD PHOTOS WILL FOLLOW. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
