Danielle was our initial agent who was informative, helpful, listened to my needs and found us the package that worked for us. We loved everything from the flight, accommodation, Universal and all the complimentary extras added to our booking. This was a special treat for both my children and as a single parent, taking them away, I needed everything to run smoothly. We had the BEST time ever. Thank you Ocean Florida!

Aug 26,2023I would definitely recommend NOT to use this company it the worst company I have ever used from start to finish it was a completely nightmare we got lied to about the flights and when we could book our seats then 2 weeks before we was going to leave for our 3 weeks holiday the ville we got assigned after doing some research was a complete nightmare looking at the reviews so I contacted the company asking to me moved to a different place and got told they didn’t have anything else but told me there will be no problem with the house as it was cheeked by the only 1 week ago and there was no problems so when we got there our nightmare become true the house was dirty bedding was dirty fridge had old dirty food inside the cooker was broken floor was all sticky but it was so late there was nothing we could do about it then thought the night my son come into our bedroom saying there was cockroaches in his bedroom I managed to get them under a glass and put something into the hole we thought they was coming from then in the morning we made contact with the company rep and they told me they was sorry and would send someone out to put the problems right but also told me that we need to put up with the cockroaches as that is normal but like I told him we have been there many times before and never had this problem before so that night we got back from our day out to find nothing had been done this went on for a week then they found us another house but told us we need to move that day but we was already in a park and booked and paid for a dinner in the magic kingdoms Castle but they were happy for us to just losses all that time and money they did in the end let us do it the next day the second house was better but still not perfect so out of our 3 week holiday we had lots about 8/9 days and being completely miserable and stressed we then found out the car company they used for our car had given us a car that had a out of date license plate so we was driving around in licensed then to top it off our seats we prebook and paid for we did have anymore and our hole family of 6 was now not seating with each other So think twice before you book your holiday with this company as the only guarantee you we’ll get from this company is to ruin your holiday

Aug 25,2023Just booked a holiday to Florida with oceanflorida, apart from having to ring them to even start a quote I have to say they are brilliant knowledgeable and patient, and they do make sure you get all that you want, they gave me a call back within 30 minutes and were cheaper than other online quotes that I'd worked out for myself. Really good give them a call.

Aug 23,2023This is the first time we used Ocean Florida for our holiday. We booked for a family of 6 including 2 children in August 2023. We had a week in a villa on Anna Maria Island and a week in a villa in Orlando, which flights from Gatwick to Tampa, including car hire. The choice of villas Ocean Florida gave us was perfect. The pre holiday service and customer service we received while we were there was excellent. The cost of our package was as we expected and the accommodation was excellent. Everything went to plan, with only minor problems, which were sorted out very quickly. We would certainly book through Ocean Florida again which hesitation.

Aug 19,2023We stayed in 550 pebble beach drive champions gate arrived 2/8/23 It’s a town house On arrival lounge/ diner blinds broken and only half left on the window. Lounge patio door broken unable to open No knives and folks took 48 hrs to receive them Bedding dirty and stained had to wash all bedding before able to sleep Tin opener broken had to buy one House generally grimy and needed a good clean Neighbors very noisy Booked through ocean Florida Nice area but nothing in walking distance Clubhouse and pool area have really rude ignorant staff

Aug 16,2023Would not book through this company. Changed villa while flying there, downgraded us from what we paid. Villa awful. Broken back door, toilets, patio chairs, sun loungers, umbrella. No cleaner while there for 2 wks and nobody came to sort anything. I certainly would not advise anyone to book. After the amount of money spent it certainly was not value for what i paid. Book your own villa or Airbnb. The reviews seriously cannot be truthful at 5 stars.

Aug 13,2023The best part is that you can mention everything you wish to do on your holiday and say the budget you are aiming around, they will send you different offers including what you have asked for or similar too and you can pick and chose what to add or take out of your order. The staff are really helpful in each process of your order, including to when you’re on your holiday. They get back to you in a flash with any queries you have. They can also include ticket prices and great recommendations of trips/places to see and dinner recommendations. They have experienced most trips and deal they offer.
