Oct 09,2024So I took you up on your special offer of paying just for the postage as I do like a bargain. I had read some of the reviews by previous customers that had been not so generous on their reviews. So I placed my order on Friday evening and had a response with in minutes stating that my order was received and would be posted on the Monday. Today (wednesday) I emailed them as the royal mail didn't recognise their own tracking number and while reading the return email from Darren @odins beard my postman delivered it so no problem with delivery in the end. I also noticed that some people weren't happy with the new plastic bottles but they seem fine to me and as they are square they fit well in my bathroom cabinet. I got the Njord Beard Oil and tried it straight away, my wife said it was a subtle aroma that was very nice. So would I be a returning customer..... Definitely, it's worth it for a good quality product. The only suggestion I have is to ensure that before packing the lids a screwed tightly on and maybe look at getting a heat shrink to seal them up unless the heating would cause a problem with the beard oil.

Oct 07,2024Placed an order on 9th January 2024, still haven't received it as of 7th October 2024. Won't reply to my emails, but did reply to my previous review saying my order had been dispatched (still haven't received the products over two weeks on from that reply), despite me not getting any other confirmation of this and them, again, ignoring my emails. Ordered from here many times in the past, but the company is shocking now. Don't take the risk, of them taking your money and not sending you your products, or having the decency to even reply to your emails.

Oct 03,2024I’ve ordered from these before but the delivery was absolute shocking so I never used them again. Found out they have changed that and thought I’d give them another go. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Still waiting on an order that was placed 8 days ago. You quoted 2-3 days delivery for £4. I ordered beard oil from a different company and was here the next day. I can safely say which one I will go to. It’s a shame because I have some bucks to spend. Never again! Edit: To the awful person who replied. I wouldn’t leave a 1 star review if you are actually good. I did contact you, and there were no BIG BOLD LETTERS on the checkout page. Stop crying about it you big baby. You really are a piece of work and it really shows by your reply. I will gladly move on with my great life while you squabble with yours. Oct 18,2024Delivery was very quick. The oil is very good and I love the scent as does my wife (Heimdall). I am not a fan if the bottle and would prefer a bottle with a dropper. That being said I would buy again.
