Nov 04,2024I reached out to Official Pets for services and was thoroughly impressed; it’s the first time I’ve encountered such a high level of service in the U.S. They responded to my request within 30 minutes and scheduled a call with the doctor. From my initial request to receiving the letter, it took only 13 hours! Can you believe it? That’s incredibly fast! The assistant got in touch, arranged a convenient time for both of us, and the doctor called at the scheduled time. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and truly listened to everything. I’ve never encountered a doctor like this—he’s a doctor by calling. Within 10 minutes, I received an email confirming that my little Yorkshire Terrier, Venus, is officially my Service Dog, ensuring we’re never separated. Now we’re together everywhere: at the beach, in stores, and on planes where she sits right in my lap. Plus, my landlord no longer charges me extra. I wholeheartedly recommend Official Pets to all my friends! If you want to feel like a VIP, this is the place to go. Thank you once again, Official Pets, for providing such exceptional service. You are fantastic!

Oct 31,2024I found the website to be easy to navigate. I am very skeptical about everything and everyone specifically in the world we live today. I didn't feel this way about this. I just recently got displaced with my dog and my son. And I had her since she was 3 months old, she makes me smile and feel lighter, easier to breathe. No so overwhelmed. Thank you!

Oct 29,2024I found out about Official Pets because it was Google recommended and after my experience, I understand why! I opened a customer support chat on the website to get more information on ESA certification. Someone responded swiftly and when he could no longer answer my questions offered to have Dr Leon call me. Doctor Leon was just finishing a group therapy session and took the time to answer all my questions and help me start the certification process! It was around 10:30PM when he called and I was mind blown he was willing to go above and beyond Official Pets office hours to help! I had my therapy session with him and was able to receive a certification for my Great Dane! In addition to that, I gained a new outlook on what therapy can do for me and my perspective on life.

Oct 23,2024We had such a good experience with Leon. I submitted my application about 5pm on a Monday, desperate to get a letter for housing. He called me a couple of hours later and by 11 p.m. I had my letter. He was very professional and I can't recommend his services enough.
