Nov 18,2024My experience was 10/10. Moving to a new state and apartment rental this was my first time navigating through ESA and the housing process. I had many questions which I asked on the official pets website, my questions were answered through a personal phone call within less than an hour. My representative Leon M. Was detailed, reassuring and efficient, he provided me with everything I needed. The turnaround time for my ESA letter was within 24 hours. Leon M was engaging throughout the phone call session. I'm really lucky to have found this site.

Nov 15,2024Leon was great. You can tell he is sincere, respectful, and supportive. Officialpets.com works through the hurdles that some landlords may create, such as requesting additional forms or going through a third party website like petscreening.com. Though this was not my situation, it was nice knowing the extra layer of support was there.

Nov 15,2024After an online search I decided to go with Official Pets to get my dog confirmed as an ESA dog for my landlord. The doctor called me within the 24 hour period and after answering his questions received his letter of recommendation via email the next day. All in all it was a wholly positive experience and will use Official Pets when I need to again.
