I got the ESA letter for my pet rabbit and my apartment complex accepted it. Leon provided all of the required information for Pet Screening to approve my Emotional Support rabbit. I highly recommend using Official Pets to get an ESA Letter! Amazing business with friendly and understanding Licensed Therapists. 10/10 stars!

Mar 13,2024I called several places searching for a Therapist that I can actually talk to in order to change the Therapist I had for 3 years since I was never able to communicate with him. Out of the 5 places I called and left a message, DR. LEON MELNITSKY was the only one that returned my call immediately and responded to all my questions. He even provided his cell phone so I can reach out when needed. You don’t get this from other Therapist. Right after my consultation with DR. Leon within minutes I received my PSD letter plus an additional letter to travel. I am so grateful to had found my Therapist, he is the BEST!!! 🙏

He makes it stress free and up holds it in a very professional manner but makes you feel like your talking with a old friend! I would definitely recommend him and official pets to anyone that is in need of any pet documentation and certification. Will be making shore all my friends and co workers know he is the go to guy!

I got my ESA letter quickly and had no issues when I presented it to my building manager. I feel safe in knowing I now have the appropriate paperwork to keep my Lennon John by my side. Lots of good educational stuff on the website too that I didn’t know before. The therapist I worked with was incredibly helpful and understanding, answering all of my questions and provided lots of info on psychiatric service dogs. I was informed on how the process works exactly when it comes to flying with my dog. Thanks to Official Pets, I now feel stress-free traveling with my dog everywhere. I been able to board on flights with my dog without any issues. If you're in need of a PSD letter, I definitely recommend Official Pets for their fast service and supportive staff! They go above and beyond to ensure your peace of mind.

Nov 19,2023I sincerely want to thank my therapist at Official Pets. I was in a very bad situation when my complex recently decided that pets are no longer allowed. I was freaking out and didn’t know what to do. My friend told me about ESA letters and recommended Official Pets. The ESA letter proves to landlords, managers, and other housing supervisors that an individual needs an ESA (and I most definitely did). My therapist wrote me a very detailed letter explaining my mental health condition and why it is crucial for me to have Winston and Charlie living with me as a reasonable accommodation. My therapist treated my case with a sense of urgency and delivered the letter within an hour. Apr 24,2024Great experience, super helpful team. They definitely know what they are doing, aware of all laws and regulations, and give you the best advice on how to handle any situation. Their website is super informative as well; you can use the FAQ sections to access everything you might need. It took them less than 1 hour to get in touch with me after submitting the application. I found them through my friend, and now my friends will find out about them through me. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.
