She was amazing and it’s a great peace of mind knowing she believed me and I trusted her. I got my letter literally within 24hrs (actually sooner) I was shocked. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend Teresa!

Mar 13,2025Theresa is an amazing person! She is compassionate and understanding of the people she helps. I needed an updated accommodation letter for my service dog, urgently to secure my new housing. Moving can really exacerbate current anxiety and everything can become overwhelming quickly. She went above and beyond to help me obtain it in time. She listened and understood why I depend on my dog and made me feel validated in my experiences. We need more people like Theresa in the world!

Mar 08,2025Theresa is AMAZING. So helpful and validating in my experience. I needed a letter as quickly as possible and my landlords needed additional documentation and she went above and beyond. This moving process could have been just another source of anxiety but I felt so empowered and prepared in large part to Theresa's work and her words. Just wow - I live in CA so I had to also pay a few extra fees because of state law but when I say it was worth every penny I mean it. Thanks again Theresa!

If you’re reading this it’s because you want to go with a trustful business so look no further. I understand putting a lot of money upfront first with no verification is risky trust me, but this is definitely not the business that would take advantage of you!!
