Oct 08,2024Great service, got to me within 5 hours of submitting my payment with great communication, scheduled me quickly after I submitted it. Letter was thorough and accepted by my landlord. Leon said that if it wasn't or needed changing, he would've changed or added necessary information to get it back on track! Wonderful service, definitely legit, very nice and easy interaction. Oct 08,2024The process was very simple and they didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary things or try to get me on a subscription plan. I paid $20 extra for expedited service and my Dr. took the time to evaluate me after regular business hours so I had a digital copy of my ESA letter in my inbox within a few minutes after the evaluation.
