Nov 13,2024Leon was quick to respond, very attentive, and thorough in his phone call me. He concisely wrote a note for my two dogs for my housing. I had to relocate suddenly due to extreme personal circumstances and he was understanding and prompt in getting my letter over to me. My new housing provider received the email and accepted it same day, enabling me to move in in an expedited manner as my situation required.

They were also willing to help with any further accomodations regarding the letter and getting ESA approval I may need, as housing can be strict.
