Oct 30,2024The procedures were simple and clear, the pictures and description of the property at which we stayed were acurate, no surprises there. The staff at the property were both invisible and helpful, an extraordinary combination! One thing though, the WiFi did not function well at all, so if you intend to do a lot of work using the internet, that is not the place to be. Phone connection was perfect, which was our alternative

My holiday is booked for July next year so unable to comment on the holiday itself yet, however the team at Oliver’s travels have been wonderful! They have been communicative, respond quickly and Alison in particular has been extremely helpful. I needed to change the date of my holiday and Alison spoke with the owner of the villa and changed my booking very swiftly with no stress. Great customer service is so difficult to come by when booking holidays abroad, so we can’t recommend Oliver’s Travels highly enough.

Oct 28,2024Location was great, accommodate very good especially for 4 couples as all had ensuites. Aldo the host is very accommodating and helpful. (we had a few issues with hot water & front door lock. He had all fixed straight away). Would be good if the BBQ was gas as currently coals.....Fabulous stay! (Olivers Travel were excellent to deal for the booking)

Oct 19,2024Although I didn't end up going ahead with my wedding at one of Oliver's Travel's villas, I wanted to take a moment to commend Evie Carrington, the team leader for Events and Weddings, for her exceptional support throughout the process. From the start, Evie was incredibly responsive, attentive, and professional. She went above and beyond to liaise with the villa owner, ensuring that all my questions and concerns were promptly addressed, providing me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Although I didn’t end up proceeding with my wedding at one of Oliver’s Travel’s villas, I’d like to recognise Evie Carrington, the team leader for Events and Weddings, for her excellent support throughout. From the outset, Evie was responsive, helpful, and professional. She took the time to liaise with the villa owner to answer all of my queries, ensuring I had the information needed to make a decision. Evie’s approachable manner and commitment to assisting me were much appreciated. Even though my plans changed, I’m very grateful for her support, and I’d certainly recommend her to anyone considering an event or wedding with Oliver’s Travel.

Oct 18,2024We were disappointed in the overall standard of accommodation at a cost of £6,905.96 (over €8,000.00) paid to Oliver’s Travels. We had assumed this to be a premium property rental and ‘Great Value’ as described on their website. Specification, cleanliness and maintenance in the villa and garden were disappointing. As there is no bath, it is important for us to have decent showers, but one of these is impossibly cramped for an adult to use comfortably and the other had a plastic curtain which wasn’t scrupulously clean, as it should be. Other priorities which fell short, were the tiny east-facing garden which hadn’t been tidied recently, so the little sun we had during our stay couldn’t be enjoyed. Also the first-floor small balcony wasn’t clean and the unkempt foliage restricted any sun that we had in the morning and the view of the sea.
