Feb 24,2024Really helpful and polished consultants - whether I was liaising with Constance initially, on the phone with Alice, or finally with Danielle who placed my booking on a Saturday morning. All of them were responsive and informative, even when very busy. They have a wide choice of villas and locations, we are really looking forward to our visit to La Herradura, Andalucia (where we have fond memories of past holidays with grandparents) and I look forward to using Oliver's Travels again.

Feb 15,2024I enquired about the number of dogs I could take to a property and Constance replied to say my dogs wouldn’t be allowed. I thought that was it but received an email a few days later from Constance with an alternative property. Although not what I wanted I was very happy that she had researched for me.

Feb 14,2024Booking a villa was really easy on the Olivers travel website - you have to wait for confirmation the the booking has been accepted by the owner, this was really quick with a call from Chiara at Olivers Travel the next day. Good follow up on a couple queries too.

Feb 11,2024Not been on the holiday yet but the booking process was largely positive. Slightly frustrating that the dates we put into the website for our chosen villa subsequently turned out to be unavailable (this only came to light after the dates were checked with the owner, they were shown as available online). But Chiara in the customer service team was excellent, giving helpful and prompt answers to our questions and making the whole process run smoothly.

People are helpful on the phone & proactive, although it would be better to say that you are closed rather than no-one is available at the moment on the phone message. Darrell very helpful as was the lady who made the booking, whose name I didn't catch.
