Mar 15,2024My goodness, fantastic help and support from Aythami. After I booked a villa in Corsica I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and then experienced a detached retina. The combination made travel very difficult but Aythami organised with the villa owner for the holiday to be deferred for 12 months at no extra cost. Excellent support and service. Thankyou.

Mar 09,2024This is my first time using Oliver's and will absolutely not be my last. I loved the "hold" feature so I could reserve my villa for a few days while mulling over any last-minute details. Customer service was fantastic-- Adelaide, you were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Exceptional phone demeanor. The concierge service is also such an underrated feature included with your booking. Use it! I can't wait to go enjoy my trip.

Mar 05,2024The farmhouse was spacious and accommodated our party of 9 perfectly. There is only 1 twin room and the rest are doubles but that was fine. Lovely wood burner and plenty of logs. Kitchen fully equipped and there was actually salt, pepper, oil, herbs etc in the cupboard. The nicest thing of all was the complimentary hamper that welcomed us on our arrival containing fruits, butter, bread, cheeses and more plus 2 bottles of very nice Claret! Cristiaana was on hand whenever we needed her and replied instantly to texts and phone calls. Not that we had any problems to bother her with. This was our second trip to the property and much looking forward to a third!

Mar 05,2024Great service from the Property manager, location great. The bedroom on the first floor has it's own furnished private terrace where you can enjoy the amazing views of the City and the River Tajo.
