Apr 04,2022I am having a new hip operation and do not have private health insurance, so I need to finance it personally. I applied directly via the hospital website to Omni for the loan, which was granted within 5 minutes. I would recommend this company to anyone in a similar situation.

Apr 01,2022Quick and easy to understand website and click-through process. One issue is that you need to have a landline to make the application - it wouldn't let me add my mobile number twice although the website says you can. My landline exists but is not connected to a handset due to house rabbits and their tendency to chew anything that looks like a wire.

Mar 22,2022Finance was set up in minutes, had problems with the seller and the item I brought was not in full working order, the retailer would not reply to phone call or messages, spoke with customer service’s at Omni who emailed the seller and within a day I got an email from the seller, and are now in the process of returning the goods, great service and customer services are so helpful and make sure everything is fine. Thank you

Surprised there is no field for savings, ISA, private pension pots etc to support payment - when you consider age, employment issues, older State Pension limits... Also surprised there is no mention of the situation should an operation be cancelled due to Covid.

It was reassuring that you could complete the application page at a time and 'save and continue', if you made any mistakes and had to go back.
