I had been having issues with a retailer I had purchased a loan with to pay for a course. After several months of not reaching a resolution or any compensation / refund, I contacted the Omni Capital claims team for assistance. Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process. The team are really informed and were willing to go the extra mile in helping me get a refund. I would recommend them unreservedly.
It was a most welcome relief to find the process involved in the loan application was so straightforward particularly as I had not sought any funds to finance anything for longer than I can remember
I know when my bills are due and they are always paid, yet this infuriating company insists on sending text messages on a number that I can’t reply or block EVERY MONTH telling me to ensure I have funds in my account!! STOP IT!! I know if no other business that does this, and it’s bloody annoying
I took out a loan with OMNI in March 2019 and after a dispute with the retailer both OMNI and the retailer agreed to close the loan and refund my payments in October 2019. Shortly after receiving written confirmation of this, I cancelled my direct debit with OMNI. A recent search of my credit report shows 3 missed payments on the loan in November, December and January after the loan was cancelled. I done everything properly and still ended up with incorrect negatives on my credit report. I contacted a member of staff at OMNI regarding this, who agreed that the loan was cancelled in October 2019 and promised to look into it and call me back, I have had no further contact and this has still not been removed from my credit report. AVOID!
The offer of 12 months @ 0% is never to passed by! I used it to pay part of my surgical costs - very easy & extremely quick to set up and have agreed - an excellent service. Thank you.
Recently used Omni Capital for a purchase with 0% interest. The process was simple and easy, mine took slightly longer due to problems with my address - no fault of Omni Capital. I forgot to request to change the payment date at the time of approval (which their email asks you to contact them immediately). I thought this would be a problem but no, I emailed them and couple days after the date was changed.
I thought the option to pay 12 monthly payments interest free was a good deal. This enabled me to go ahead with my operation immediately. The only downside was having to have my request referred but I must say that the referral was dealt with very promptly

Omni-capital provides finance for a company that sells mobility equipment. Having bought my wheelchair, and agreeing a payment plan, Omni-capital took varying amounts of money out of my account, including an unexpected double payment on NYE! They change how much they want to take out, with no regard for the agreed repayment plan, and no notice. I was hung-up on, promised calls from management that never happened, never given an explanation and ended up paying the balance in full just to avoid dealing with them ever again - horrified to see that this might not be the end, and that they are having an effect on people's credit ratings years later! Absolutely shocking that people who aren't fortunate to be able to cut ties with this company, are subjected to worry, incompetence, and potentially serious hardship.
Whst is this company for as I’ve had money taken out of my bank and have no direct debits set up ?

What a Horrible unprofessional experience I got from them.. it’s taken 4yrs going back and forth because of my HgV training. paid £4500 still haven’t received my training to date. Contacting Omni Capital to solve this they say it’s a favour I was done getting me a trainer to train me on my HGV training… So keep off Omni Capital and Thank me later.. I just lost my money paying for a service I never received. Very unprofessional!
I had to get plumbers out to fix issue with boiler. The second visit I was advised we would pay balance to plumbing Company. I sent invoice to Omni for them to pay and was assured would be done. Three weeks later still hadn’t been done after numerous emails. I have had to pay bill as lost faith in the assurances given from complaints team. The company had been chasing me as they have mouths to feed etc but I get a late email, one minute before they close to say “we are going to need me to ask company for yet another invoice”. This is three weeks after I sent the first invoice. Utter gob smacked and embarrassed that Omni treat other hard working role this way.. I’m going to take advice from FCA as now I’m chasing them for my money that I’ve had to pay out after assurances they would. Not holding my breath Omni will fix this after reading other reviews.. seems they take money but after care is non existent.. It’s funny how I may get the response “sorry had to complain but can’t find details so contact us here”. 5/112021 I received no response as I’m still awaiting call from Rebecca with update to complaint..
