I had bought a GPU through Ebuyer 3 years ago, took out financing through Omni Capital and never had a problem in those 3 years of repaying. Every year I received a annual statement detailing what was taken and balance remaining. Everything is transparent, so you know what to expect. Cleared my balance on time, and if I can take out finance again in the future through a retailer I wont hesitate to do so.
Very horrible. These people will mess the credit reports. I will never recomnend these to anyone. Be very careful. They will trap you and play with your financial credentials. Do never ever use these people.

I am puzzled why bad reviews. I had an issue with my purchase and when I phoned, lovely Lucy answered all my questions and put my mind at rest. I had fantastic experience with this company.
I used this company to provide finance for a stereo upgrade for my car fitted by a company I use on a regular basis and still do but use alternative funding if required. On the 26th January I emailed their customer service requesting a settlement figure, on the 27th I received a reply saying that they were unable to give me a settlement figure as my email was not from the registered email address on the account yet, every month they emailed this email address to remind me that they were taking the monthly payment. I emailed back pointing this out but, have received no response but, on the 28th I received an email confirmation that the account had been settled in full and the account closed from the collection department to, the supposed unregistered email address. Would never consider using this company again, they make Klarna appear professional!
Used OMNI to purchase bedroom furniture and spread the cost, interest free, over a year. From start to finish I've received excellent service & communication culminating in getting confirmation of the account closure today. I did contact customer services last week and received a very helpful reply from Adam. Highly recommended.
Paid my loan off early but still getting direct debits taken. No contact details on the site to address it, doesn't even have a page that tells me the loan is paid off. Currently waiting on the company I used the loan for to get back to me.
Was offered a part finance through a company I do business with I ha most of the money required but as I wanted to do things a bit quickly the put me through to these people with a credit score of 897 I would think that's fine for a 2300 lone over 12 months in employment but they declined me for no reason so to be honest they should be stuck off because it's our legal right to know the reason I quickly log into equifax and my credit score was up and very clean so I'll make sure I spread the word to everyone I know to avoid them
1 those leaving positive reviews for the company should realise they are in breach of trust pilot's policy by naming an individual. 2 I only learnt of the negative reputation on trust pilot of omni capital because I complained to omni about learning people who knowingly coerced and missold an online education to me. The learning people's portal is a play lost of YouTube videos that you have access to online and books you can buy and won't cost you anywhere near £1000. The package was £5000 interest free for a year, they hide the one year interest free at the point of sale. And omni capital is happy to continue the link with learning people without investigation despite being made aware of learning people's practise. 3. Omni capital is aware that learning people are unscrupulous but they don't care because they get to keep £5000 that learning people applied to them for on my behalf. 4. Both learning people and omni capital should be avoided at all cost. 5. Read the T and C and if possible have the citizens advice or free legal service read through the T and C and save yourself from signing and taking on an awful contract. Be warned, I was stung by both learning people and omni capital, I am telling my story so you don't have to. I will share my story as far and wide so everyone know to avoid these two swindling companies. I have not given up and will keep fighting even if all I succeed in doing is raising awareness so prospective students avoid these two companies.
The dashboard on their website doesn't make it clear how to contact them or find our your repayment record and status. I stupidly purchased an Iphone XS through them on 5-3-2019 at a horrendous interest rate. Repayments are taken regularly but no information as to how much is still outstanding has been forthcoming. Am I victim of a scam?
An embarrassing company. No customer service or clue. Expecting me to pay remaining balance on windows and doors that are poorly fitted and fitted incorrectly. One patio door we haven’t been able to open for two summers. Rather than sort the issues with windows and doors they just inform credit recovery to try and get their money. I have been chasing them since 2018 to resolve these issues. Rang Twice over a week ago and spoke to Lisa Wilson. Asked to speak with management was told Shaun or Samuel would call me back as they are working remotely. Obviously they are too busy walking there dogs as I am still waiting. I remember in the past I have taken out finance through omni capital and received notice that account has been settled. Recently looking at trying to increase my credit score I see it has taken a massive impact becuase apparently since April 2019 I have missed my payments????? No transactions have been attempted and no contact from omni capital has been attempted??? And surprise suprise I cant get in touch with them either???
I found a couple of payments to Omni Capital in my bank statement and couldn't remember what i had bought on credit so rang to find out what the payments were for! Troy answered my queries for me - and reminded me what I had bought - and adjusted the payments as I requested. Spot on customer service from Troy, thank you. Henry
In reply to your reply. I can and i have requested to know why I was declined. Which I am legally entitled to do under the freedom of information act. The feedback from others clearly demonstrates the company does not give to good creditors. The service recieved was terrible on top of that
Took out a lone with them back in 2017 for a number plate, they have been taken just under £20.00 a month without issue, they have NOT like MANY other companies been blowing up my emails with lone offers, payment reminders, junk, or marketing which i think is very rare this day!, on top of that i called up today to make they last payment with was a massive £0.24 and was told they would just waver that and close my account. honestly cant understand why people are giving them such bad reviews, They have been great! Thank you for accepting my lone and its been a pleasure to be a customer with you these last 3 years!
The company i was using, used this company Omni capital for finance and this rubbish company declined me even though I have a excellent credit Score and am in full time employment showing I can clearly afford the payments, they wouldn’t even let me know what the actual reason was for declining me finance Said it’s their secret and this has now gone against my credit record. Their expectations are obviously ridiculous... do not go with these and if you are applying for finance check they don’t against your credit checks like these did mine. If you have rubbish credit score you might get accepted ... absolutely fuming with this company
Was approved for a loan in order to purchase a new sewing machine, was approved. Tried to pay the deposit as I was requested to and each of the cards I tried to use were rejected. Contact Omni and was advised to contact the card holders as they were not registered to my address. Strange as I have lived in the same house for 12 years, the statements and replacement cards as they expire all arrive at this address and bizarrely this was the address I wanted the sewing machine to be sent to, primarily because I live here!!! What a load of rubbish this company appears to be, I am just glad that I was able to contact the company I was going to purchase the machine from and cancel the loan. After reading the reviews on here about Omni I think I have had a lucky escape.
On many occasions, I have spoken to their customer service reps over the years, and their customer service is shocking. I am now one of the victims of COVID unemployment and just got a lovely taking legal action letter. Good luck with getting your money. I am just preparing a DRO.
I had such a good experience with Shauna a customer service advisor after being passed from pillar to post from the retailer I had taken my treatments with!! She made the whole process, quick, easy and painless and was a lovely person! Thanks so much Shauna, you are a star!!

We operate a retail business and 5 years ago Omnicapital chased my business, after several conversations and emails we agreed to sign up. All has been going well with increased business every year we integrated the Omnicapital widget into our new website last year as well .We have never received a single customer complaint either. We have now started to prepare our business to open again after the current lockdown and out of the blue we receive an email from Omnicapital that they are terminating our contract, with absolutely no reason. I will probably receive a reply to this review or it may even get blocked but it’s an extremely poor decision by this business to drop our business just as we are about to open after a global pandemic which has caused untold damage to the retail industry and these sort of actions only add to the misery.
