Rebecca in Customer Service (and in particular dealing with our company mobile phones) always gives excellent service. Always quick to respond and to get the matter in hand sorted out. Great to deal with.

Great. Had phone stolen last Thurs. Used online chat service to request new sim which arrived today (Monday) Used chat service to register new sim which was done efficiently despite my inability to write the right numbers in the right order lol. Couldn't be a better service.

Laxman listend to my issues and concerns spent the time going through my account to help identify where the issues may be from went away to confirm and look into them in more deatil and emailed back with 1 hour with all the correct solutions very quick with a response and corrected everything fast and efficiently 11/10 Lexman

OneCom representative Ritik Arora was extremely helpful and courteous. The answer was not immediately available, but he took the time to obtain it, while managing my expectations about the time and effort it took. Very professional.

My daughter's phone was not working (showing 'no SIM') so I left a message late in the evening to log a fault. It took a few days to be picked up but once it was, the issue was dealt with very quickly with an eSIM sent and the phone working again within hours. Thanks to Jordan for making the process so straightforward.

This company is very good at locking you into a contract with sky high prices. Avoid at all costs. These reviews that are 5 star are totally wrong. I’m currently paying £190 a month for 2 sim only deals. Long story but avoid.

When taking on a new account over a year ago, I have been back and forth with customer service to obtain information and documents to get an account straight. Lisa has been a huge huge help with regards to obtaining any information that I have asked for and in a timely manner too. An absolute credit to the team!

Alice quickly understood what the problem was and took ownership to see that it could be sorted. She obviously has good working relationships with Vodafone personnel. Good communication skills and clearly knows her way around the various systems.

I am a new business customer I moved over two of my contracts to onecom ( BIG MISTAKE ) they agreed to pay off my previous balance with the SP which has still not been done 2 months later. I had to pay this myself. my internet is shocking my calls get cut off i have constantly got family and friends telling me we cant contact you. Please avoid this company still waiting for luke to call me back
