Totally frustrated with OneCom. I simply want to access my account and was told 'Vodaphone website doesnt really work well with OneCom customers. So after 15 mins on hold I get through to be told I'd have register for OneCloud. They then send a link but no pass word. Totally annoying, frustrating poor service.

Sold a sim only contract that you just cant get out of unless you pay massive penalties, absolute discrace that Vodafone use this compamy.
Today I had a conversation with Peter from Onecom customer service - though the reason for my call was a dissatisfaction with my upgrade package and a lack of clarity concerning my bill - the conversation with Peter and his ability to clearly outline and explain the reasoning behind the elevated cost was extremely cordial and very professional. In as much as I was quite annoyed concerning a misunderstanding, he calmly had a look at my concerns and further decided to look further into the matter to see if he can get a more favourable response to my request. I have been with ONECOM Vodafone for 5years+ and the service has been exceptional. As I wait for a response to my query I decided to write my review prior to a response, because sometimes a review might not just be to get what one wants - but equally, the way one was treated during the process. I highly recommend ONECOME because of the amazing customer service personal I have come across these 5+ years - but today Peter took top prize. Although I have requested this add on previously, I was pleased that Ola was able to confirm the extended period that I required of 30 days. Ola did seem to need to refer to notes or a colleague a couple of times which did extend the call a little but all was concluded to my satisfaction.
If given the option I would not have given a star. This company needs to be closed down and forced to pay compensation to a lot of folk. I was conned by these hoods who even went to the lengths of pretending to me that they needed OFCOM’s approval to proceed with their offer, so made me wait 10 minutes while they contacted OFCOM. This turned out to be a lie and a scam they pull to suck you in. ( I contacted OFCOM and confirmed this with them) I also have a recording of the sales guy admitting he did not have to tell me that the monthly bill would go up after 17 months. He claims he didnt have to tell me. After I had legal advise I rescinded the contract having never used the service and refused any equipment, Vodafone who apparently are only the technical service are now charging me £6400. I was also never a business which was also repeated several times to both sales men. I have a link on Youtube showing how the salesman admits he didn't have to tell me of the price increase and the pressure he gives when I want to cancel the contract. I WAS ABOUT TO WALK AWAY - BUT KATIE SAVED THE DAY - I sent a phone in on Thursday, to Pier Insurance, who Onecom recommended and I received a replacement on Wednesday. (6 days later) SAME PROBLEM. No fix whatsoever. It needs to be sent back again. Going on Vacation in 2 days time. HA! What a shambles. Called Pier, and "sorry guv, we have done a great job, it should have fixed it." NOPE...SO...Rang Onecom. They said I had the phone for 4 years and it was out of warranty. NOPE purchased 23/3/2024 Samsung Enterprise Edition. Was on phone for over an hour, Back to Oncome who can do me an upgrade for 250 :) NOPE, they put me through to Samsung (24 months warranty remember) They can't help me, but they can help me troubleshoot. NOPE...so back to Onecom, Yes, they say, it's under warranty...! Send it back to them and they can try and fix it...30 day turn around. ROFL....Asked several times to be put through to a manager. REFUSED as they have a process to follow. SIGH. Why pay more for insurance and the wonder of Enterprise editions, when you are well and truly screwed when it all goes belly up. I WAS ABOUT TO WALK AWAY - BUT KATIE SAVED THE DAY AND GOT BACK TO ME WITH A COMPLIMENTARY HANDSET which will be delivered tomorrow whilst I get back to PIER insurance and see if they can actually fix it this time! Let's see what happens. I should have got Katie on first call and it would have saved me a lot. Make her a manager!
Onecom are a bunch of con artists. They cold call you and talk you into a business contract and then after 17 months remove the discount that you were promised and you have to pay the full amount, you cannot get out of the contract unless you pay to the end of the contract for me that was £3000. So I had to take another contract out with them which meant that I only paid £10 a month to Vodafone and then they give you the discount back so basically what they do is take the full amount from your bank account in my case it was £75 and then over the next few days they refund you in my case it was £65 therefore I’m only paying £10 however that stops after 17 months and you’ve got no way of getting out of it. I’m on a Facebook page with thousands of people that this company have conned. I am now in the process of dissolving my company because I cannot afford to keep this contract going.
Shocking company, do not go anywhere near them, they are scammers and should be closed down. No you can not help me, I have been through this many times, with your sales team, you are attempting to charge me for a 5 year contract when it was only ever meant to be 2 years and not only that, the means in which the way the contract was sold is beyond belief, I was sold a contract and it is no where close to what you are trying to attempt to charge me for. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN, LOOK AT THE FACEBOOK GROUP “ONECOM PROBLEMS AND MIS-SOLD CONTRACTS”
Onecom do not deserve one star!!! They are con artists who have the terminology to con you into a contract that you cannot get out off !!! They make out they are giving you a great deal & free add on’s when all they are doing is tying you into a contract that more than doubled in monthly payments UNLESS UOU KEEP RENEWING YOUR CONTRACT!!! The free add ons are NOT FREE !!! you will be paying for a dongle & another sim you don’t even want or need. These guys made me feel ill but thank goodness I took my complaint to CISAS after so much time worrying & getting a case together & got my contact annulled. BE AWARE & don’t get involved with this company!!!
