I love Onecome! We have a large number of connections and hardware that is procured through one come and managed through Onecom. The Cloud portal is great and easy to use. We have our specific account manager and support manager, who are both amazing! I can't thank them enough for the world-class service they both provide. When we call the support line the employees we speak to are always friendly.
Agressive, pushy and rude sales cold call stating wrong infomation about a line that we have. We were told costs would be increasing for prodcuts and service we don't have with BT or any other company.

Absolutely rip off company! Been with them 3 months my phones been cut off 5 times and I've had to pay over £1800 stay well away! I run a limited company and now I've had the same number for 8 years now I've had to get a new number and lost 100s of customer!
A clear and concise explanation and answer
I am desperate to get out of my contract and looking for a way how. They offer a discount that's attractive at first, and a 'free' gadget which I insisted I did not want or need. After a year the discount finished and they charged much more for the remainder of the 18 months. I wanted to finish with them and could not. They insisted I had agreed to terms that I had not. The operator was very unhelpful and it was obvious he was delighted he had 'trapped' me. I don't know who is putting positive reviews on here, they must be being paid to do it. Search the Facebook group one com missold contracts. I will leave whatever it takes. Do not be taken in by Onecom

You will be told you have a discount but not told clearly it only applies for 11 out of 12 months and then you’ll pay a huge amount for month 12

Don't go anywhere near them. It looks like a great deal but it's smoke and mirrors. You will be put on some exceptionally high Vodafone tariff for the duration of your contract and Onecom will "discount" you a large chunk of that back, essentially making it look like you're on a fair and reasonable tariff. After a certain point and with no warning, they'll remove the "discount" and suddenly you'll go from £14 pcm to £114 pcm and you're stuck for the rest of your contract. They are NOT related to Vodafone as they claim when they cold call you, and if you have any problems, Vodafone won't help you. Have a look at the Onecom problems & mis-sold contracts on Facebook for the real picture.

scam artists, these guys make me feel physically ill.... they have scammed me out of my money and continue to do so. i have been fighting to get the voice recording off them. they are stating i needed things i did not!!! as they have been charging me a disgusting amount of money. I will be taking this to the onboardsmen as these scam artists should not be in business! do not use them they will missell u products/services you do not need or want and refuse to do anything about it later.
Have been waiting 2 weeks for account manager to ring me back as we still have not got broadband set up. No reply to emails either. Webchat cannot help as order is STILL with provisioning department
Very bad experience with this company. I am manager of Luton town fish and chips have problem of routers they send us a router and company employees come to collect router but after that they asked you didn’t give back router and disconnected my internet busy weekend and charge us £130 for reconnection.
