May 02,2023I ordered a dress for my pre wedding meal - I received my order earlier than anticipated which was great. Lottie was lovely to deal with. There was a hand written note in my package which was such a nice touch! I'll definitely be ordering from Only Once Dress Hire again for any special occasions that I have coming up xxx

My outfit arrived so quickly and allowed me a few days before my event to try it on etc. The outfit was stunning and in perfect condition. I cannot wait to have another special event to go to so I can use the site again. The handwritten note was such a nice touch too. Thank you so much Lottie ♥️

It was very reassuring when Lottie got back to me and answered my queries. The dress I rented was perfect when it arrived, even arriving a day earlier than expected which was a bonus as I wasn’t sure if the dress was going to fit or not or how it was going to look. Lottie was there to support with any questions or queries I had. She made the process seamless, and for that reason I got to enjoy a beautiful Nadine Merabi jumpsuit in time for my anniversary! The product speaks for itself, as they have only the best brands available to rent - but the service really makes this company worth every penny. Will not be going anywhere else now for any upcoming occasions, Only Once, you have a client for life! Thank you!
