May 17,2022Lottie & Only Once has been amazing from the get go. This was my first time renting a dress for a close family wedding. I am between sizes which nearly put me off trying renting due to the short notice of being able to find something else - but Lottie was great, she sent the dresses out a couple of days earlier than expected & sent a complimentary back up dress due to a couple of creases in the L’idee I had ordered. The back up option is great and definitely worth doing! Iv never had so many compliments on a dress, I felt very Carrie Bradshaw. Also knowing that nobody else is likely wearing the same thing ordered from ASOS etc (& better for the planet!!) Thanks so much, I will absolutely recommend Only Once dress hire

The dress was in excellent condition and came with a bag to return it. Overall I had a fabulous experience with Only Once and will definitely be using this site again. I would recommend anyone to try it as it took the stress and some monetary expenditure out of my event.

Apr 21,2022At first I was hesitant about hiring a dress from a hire website but the rat & boa dress I wanted for my 30th has been sold out for months so I decided if I wanted to be fabulous this was the only way how. I think I always thought whatever you got from a hire website wouldn’t have that Brand new look but I was totally mistaken. The dress came and you never ever would have thought it had been worn before. It arrived 2 days early which I really appreciated because I was worried I might have to find back up if it didn’t fit but it fit like a glove !!! Lottie has been super attentive, the customer service has been brilliant. I am thrilled with the service OODH have given me and I have advised all of my friends go down this route now rather than wasting money on things we’ll never wear again (most women are like this, admit it) :P thank you so so much ! You will be seeing more of me in the near future.

I rented a dress for my 30th birthday and it was so beautiful, and really good quality. Lottie's kindness and personal touch is the cherry on the cake. I wish I could speed up the next event I'm attending because I cant wait to hire from them again :) Absolutely recommend this dress hire service.
