She made sure that I was really happy with the dress and even sent me 2 sizes to try on before and I only paid for postage. It was such an easy process and I will definitely be using this service again for outfits for big events!

Jun 15,2022Such wonderful service, my dress arrived two days earlier than I had booked it for (at no extra cost) which gave me plenty of time to try it on and make sure it fit etc. Renting from Only Once was so easy, I will definitely use their services again!

The dress arrived promptly and beautifully packaged with a handwritten note. A delightful touch! The dress itself was perfect and I felt amazing in it. Only Once Dress Hire was exceptional in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and to use their service for my next rental. I have had a very bad experience with another rental service and the contrast between the two couldn’t be more stark. Thank you Lottie and Only Once Dress Hire!

Jul 04,2022The perfect dress hire company. After being let down by a different hire company I was really nervous about trying out someone else, but only once dress hire made it easy for me to hire. The dress arrived perfect and came with a prepaid envelope to send back with ease. Would use this company again.
