The dress was also incredibly beautiful. Much nicer to wear a good quality amazing dress and pay the same price for it as a ordinary dress that you would only wear once anyway!

It was in such good condition and the delivery was super fast. The whole process of hiring and returning the dress was really easy. Will definitely use Only Once again. Thank you!

Aug 23,2021This company are now my wardrobe! Literally on their site all the time picking out outfits for all my occasions! I wanted a dress for the races but wasn’t willing to pay the price for a brand new designer dress! Looked up to see if anyone was selling one second hand and came across Only Once. Website was easy to use and when the dress can it was in amazing condition. Easy to send back with the prepaid return bag. Cannot recommend enough! Knew I wouldn’t wear the dress again so it’s so cost efficient too! Thank you!

Aug 17,2021I've never hired a dress before but the dress I wanted was sold out and also quite expensive considering I'd probably only wear it once. Then I found the dress on Only Once Dress Hire and thought I'd give it a go. This dress hire is fantastic and Lottie is unbelievably helpful and responds to any questions, queries very quickly. I ordered two dresses for a wedding and Lottie kindly informed me of the back up dress system and so reimbursed me the difference between a dress order and a back up dress order. The dresses arrived two days early (bonus), in immaculate conditionand I discovered that the one I really wanted to wear was a bit too short. I contacted the company and they were so helpful... Another was sent out and I just paid for delivery. I had lots of compliments about the dress and sent it back in the self addressed bags within my chosen 4 day hire (easy!). The system is fab. Hire was a 6th of the price of the dress if I were to have bought it. Dress was great, company and contact was fantastic and I will definitely be using Only Once Dress Hire again. Highly recommend. Thank you to Lottie too who was just brilliant xx

Not only was the dress stunning and like how it is online but also she went out of her way for her Custmer which shows me how much her customers means to her. I will now be a loyal customer xx
