Mar 09,2022Worst customer support. I had 10 passes for OmanAir. The Airlines stopped operating on the route purchased for. The refund was promised with 5-7 days but not refunded yet. Everytime I contact the customer service they give a common response that the team is working on will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours but that never happens. Please beware guys before you run behind Optiontown to get your MONEY BACK

Option town was kind enough to extend my flight pass period and even issue me another ticket on my preferred date. And they did this with very prompt and courteous replies

Very clear and concise communication on what I should do to complete the task I was undertaking.
