Jul 27,2022Hard to reach customer service Flightpass is good but customer service is hard to reach. I sent an email, whatsapp, called thailand, australia and Singapore numbers and no response. It took me a day just trying to reach them. I got lucky with fb messenger. Someone replied and the person was very helpful. Gave a solution right away. Hope they can improve the call centers and email responses.

Jul 27,2022Seriously I would neither recommend optiontown to anyone nor book with them ever again. It has been more than 12 months since I applied for refund but no amount has been credited. I have called them multiple times and all they say is that it will be credited by this week. But that will never happen. They are fraudsters. Poor customer service. This is my worst experience The service is very really bad and harassing.Very horrible and pathetic experience with optiontown. We had been continuouslyfollowing up with them for our refund of April 2021 pass Egypt airlines but the same excuse that they are escalating the issue and will reply at the earliest is being given since then. Although the airlines have refunded the money to them, still the refund is being held back. we are being cheated by them Iata please cancel the license not provide licnese to fraudsters Not even 1 star this company is fraud totally a fraud They use your money Please don't fall into this company also the customer care is the worst if you complaint to them they will not listen and no response from their side too . Customer care service is the worst . I have mailed them they are giving lame excuses . owner also fraud person So you can know what level of fraud these guys are. The worstest company on earth.One of the most unethical,unreliable and cheating company ever to exist .a we are expreince t donot book pass through optiotown after cancel the contract with optiontown blocked the refund for consumer he was not help to refund the amount NEVER TRUST Optiontown and they are just bunch of FRAUDSTERS trying to loot the people.This is a company of cheaters. Please note: This is a fraud company, if airlines contract cancel and block the refund for customer worst customer support. They are cheaters. They won't provide your money back and everytime they will say that in the next 7 days you will get your money back and now it's been 12 months I didn't got the refund till now.

Jul 24,2022!!! Fraud and Cheat company !!! The worst travel company. You should avoid booking from this website. For any issue they are never available to resolve the same. Only at the time of taking payment they are quick. I had booked upgrade during 2020 of which flights got cancelled by Air India due to pandemic and for the refund I have followed up over 200 times on call and I have sent email. But they have been horribly bad at responding or resolving the matter. Till date I have never received the refund. And in the end for all the mental agony I had to sue them via consumer court .Horrible company. A big time scammer & fraud and owner also is fraud only earn money not help to customer People please do not waste your hard earned money ,Very unprofessional and unreliable company it’s really annoying and frustrating. 1 star is minimum but they deserve 0 star for service If you search online you will see thousands of customers duped of their money. No refunds being provided by the company .One of the most unethical, unreliable and cheating company ever to exist.
