Dec 15,2021So I would like to post an updated review regarding my experience with OptionTown. Following my last review, I had to open a dispute with my bank to get them to refund the amount that was debited twice. This took over a month before they verified it. I received an email from OptionTown (27th November) saying they would refund me for the flightpass that I wasn't able to use. They then sent this email on the the 12th December "Dear Guest, Thank you for contacting Optiontown. We would like to advise you that the refund has already been processed and now the amount must have reflected in your bank statement as well. Please do let us know, if still any issue exist. We appreciate your understanding in this matter." I responded to say that the refund hadn't been reflected and that I had naturally opened a dispute with my bank. Following this, they threatened me by email , that they would not refund my money. I received this email today "Dear Guest, Thank you for contacting Optiontown. We would like to inform you that since you have already raised dispute with your bank hence we can not process any refund, we would like to request you to kindly close the discpute with your bank and then we can process your refund accordingly" So if the refund was processed, and should have reflected in my bank account, how are they now telling me that they won't refund me? Clearly they didn't even process the refund to begin with and are now claiming rubbish. This company is a SCAM and they withhold peoples money and give them the run around instead of refunding them. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

Dec 14,2021I needed to change the ticket (reissuing) after my passenger had a no show. The options of what i could do offered to me were excellent. Optiontown was able to change the ticket for my stranded passenger to another date promptly. Many thanks

Nov 29,2021Amazing human qualities in the Optiontown team. Found them very sensitive to my needs. Had to make some changes to my Flight Pass bookings and they provided an exception to me by allowing us to book flights even though rules did not allow it for. Great stuff!!

Nov 28,2021The past two years I have booked my travel through Optiontown. Their excellent services, professionalism and support is commendable especially during this Covid-19 period with travel restrictions which has led to several rescheduling and extension requests for the flight passes.

Nov 28,2021I had some problems with Travelling between Ethiopia and Thailand due to Thailand change of regulations. OptionTown was very nice and understood the situation and allowed me to cancel my flights without much problem. Great service.

Nov 26,2021Great service, great saving, this is my 5th pass. I also appreciate the customer service which I had to turn to when my pass had an issue and got solved in short time. The app is also user friendly and I got to change my tickets multiple times .

Nov 22,2021Terrible fraudulent company. I have been trying to get a refund on my BA Flight Passes for nearly a year now. All they do is give a fob-off answer or just don't reply. Several others (see below) find just the same. They also have many 5 stars reviews on here but if you drill into the people giving them you will see that is fraud too. They have a batch of people creating fake five star reviews. That should tell you all you need to know. Avoid at all costs or you will be cheated too.

Nov 02,2021I come across Option Town from a friend of mine. I am able to take tickets at almost half price, But due to pandemic, I could not travel. First I got a prompt and comforting reply from Option town that tickets can be used at later stage. But I never ever expected that I could travel during this peak time when the ticket rates are all time high without paying anything extra using the pass available from them. Thank You Option Town.
