Jan 04,2020Represented a buyer on a Perch listing here in TX. Extremely poor communication, especially from Perch Title. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional Realtor if you’re planning to sell your home. If you go the easy cheap route you get exactly that, cheap service and poor results. After dealing with what my client and I just went through, there’s no way in HELL I’d ever allow Perch to help me sell a house.

Jan 04,2020Amazing! We've tried few of cash offer agencies and must say none of them comes close to Perch. Was extremely easy process, William was very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable! We received realistic offer, whole process was easier than I imagined. Convenience of choosing moving date and cash offer is a bless comparing to traditional sale plus avoiding all the showings. If you want to save your self from all the stress of selling than without doubt you should choose Perch!

Using Perch helped us schedule our closing to coincide with the closing of our new home. Would definitely recommend.

Jan 03,2020I sold my home to Perch and was very satisfied with the sale. I needed a stress-free way to sell my house without having to put a lot of updates into the property, go through all the house selling process and still get a reasonable price for my home of 26 years. With only a couple of small burps it was completed in a timely manner. The small burps were not due to issues with Perch.

Dec 23,2019Our agent, Ethan, was great! He stayed in touch with us from beginning to end and made sure we didn't miss a thing. Perch's inspection was extremely thorough and it gave us a clear picture of the condition of the home we were selling. Other companies came in and did not bother to inspect anywhere near the level of what we got from the team Perch sent out. Our initial offer was substantially higher than all others, too. If you're thinking about selling your home, I highly reccomend giving Perch a chance!

They knew I had another offer on the table when they GUARANTEED to buy my house for more money, then after the inspection said they were backing out because the age of the pipes! THEY KNEW THE AGE OF THE HOUSE WHEN THEY MADE THE OFFER, IT WAS JUST AN EXCUSE TO GET OUT OF THE DEAL. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Dec 05,2019This was such an easy process. Did the form online, got an offer that was amazing within 24 hours and received a call for Colin. He then set up an inspection for me to view the property. Inspection was quick and easy. About 3-4 days later he called me and emailed me the results. I was good with their estimate of the costs for repairs. We set a closing date and because it was very busy they did have us go they a different title company than Perch but they were amazing as well. We closed on time and was fu fed the sane day. I highly recommend using Perch and Colin was awesome.

Dec 05,2019Perch is a company that will work with you. They offer quotes that are usually higher what than other companies do. Also great with their communication. They are there to answer questions when you ask them. We have been selling real estate for while and markets have changed. What we realized from not listing with realtors they never brought people to our open houses.And we were listed on at least 5 different companies on line. Perch is the future of real estate.You don't have to sit on your house for weeks or months.

Nov 28,2019We contacted Perch to get an offer on our home. They came back with an offer in 24 hours but they had to do an inspection of our house. We had three different companies come to our house for the inspection. I get a call from William the following day after all is completed. He States that he has to lower our original offer by $36,000 due to our house being backed by a busy Street and an electrical tower behind our fence. There is a comparable house on the same side of the street that sold for much higher than he offered. Don't waste your time with Perch. They will back out of their first offer they give you stating this and that.

Nov 28,2019Perch is a terrible company to purchase a home from. I bought my house in August 2019. Part of the repairs included foundation work. They hired a company to do this. As a result, the back patio was damaged. I called them to fix this, and they did. While repairing the patio, they damaged the water sprinkling system. I had to call someone to come fix this, and they did. Since the foundation work, addition repairs have sprung up, including cracks from an outlet, windows, and damage to the bathtub faucet. They won't do anything to repair these, even though they resulted from foundation work. Regarding the patio and water sprinkler system along with the foundation, it's ridiculous that I have to point this out to Perch, and tell them how to do their jobs. If you're going to make money from people, you need to take of renovations properly, rather than waiting for them to point these out to you. There was clearly no one looking over the renovation of my house. (Their agent was out in New York). Greedy, sloppy, lazy company with no integrity. Perch deserves to go under.

Nov 22,2019The person I spoke with was nice, however they changed their offer, decreasing the price significantly even though the inspection went well and had low repair cost estimates due to good condition of our home. The reason for the sudden $16k drop was not explained. We were able to cancel the sale. Disappointed.

Nov 19,2019My wife and I had an excellent experience with Perch. We had already located a home we would like to purchase and contacted Perch to determine if they could provide us a good exit strategy for our then current home. The guaranteed price they offered was very reasonable in the marketplace. We easily agreed on an asking price for the home. We were able to close very quickly on the sale to Perch which allowed us to quickly put a loan in place for our new home. Perch was then able to continue to market the home for about 3 additional weeks and they closed within 2% of the asking price. We received our check for the additional guaranteed funds within about a week from their closing. I would very highly recommend the Perch process
